I shopped at sister location in Redfield I worked with Jason and Kaden. Found my Jeep Gladiator online, best deal I could find in 300 mile radius from central Minnesota. We struck up a deal, they gave me a great tentative price on my trade and I put down a small deposit. Having been burned before driving to cars at dealers that were misrepresented, I was nervous about a 9 hour round trip but felt good about our communication and went for it. My concerns were quickly put to rest. The Jeep was what they said it was. My time was valued. No pressure to buy accessories, or the other gimmicks some used car dealers are peddling like ceramic paint protection or maintenance apps. Zero pressure to buy a used car warranty, but they did answer my questions and found me a solution after I initiated the conversation. One small issue came up, they had a tech on in within 5 minutes and it was handled to my satisfaction. Easily the best dealer transaction in my 35 years of visiting dealerships. No pressure, no theatrics, no meeting everyone at the dealership to make me feel important, just a great deal and all business. Had I not had questions, I probably could have been in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Definitely at the top of my list for ALL future purchases. read more

Bought a used truck at the end of March. Took the hour and a half drive home. Immediately started having low coolant alerts. Brought it back and they diagnosed it with an air bubble. Which i thought could be feasible because they forgot to put the cover for the coolant back on after they had replaced the reservoir before i bought it. Clue #1 that they knew there was a coolant issue. Brought it home. Continued to have issues. Brought it back to them. Took almost a week and several calls to finally figure out what was wrong with it because the person i had talked to about it went on vacation and nobody else in the building could tell me what was wrong with it. And then told me it was my problem because I bought it as is off the value lot. And no this was not an $8000 vehicle, it was a $37,000 diesel. 144 k miles. But for a diesel not terrible. Just no warranty. Because I started having problems the day I bought it, I felt that they should be responsible because they obviously knew there was problems prior to me buying it that was not disclosed to me. I told them several times I feel it was the egr cooler as it is infamous in these vehicles after the research I have done. They assured me that their "best diesel mechanic" says its just the o-rings for the egr cooler. And that they would cover that $700 bill. 300 for the o rings, 400 for labor. I looked on Mopar for o-rings price. They're $3.00 a piece not 300. But whatever. This was gonna fix the issue. I put in a new water pump and serp belt as I felt that I was responsible for that as well as they did. Do you suppose this fixed the issue? Ummm, nope. But because the "beat diesel mechanic" is much brighter than some dumb girl, here i sit with a major issue and expensive of course, that needs to be resolved. I have bought many vehicles from them in the past and always had great luck, but something has changed. They will not stand behind their vehicles. Which tells me they are just there to sell a vehicle. Even though their mission states they are there to sell great vehicles to keep you on the road. The manager didn't even know that was on their website. Value lot? A 37,000 vehicle is a value lot vehicle?? What is wrong in this world? I think they knew something was wrong with it and they just waited for the right person to buy it. Well I guess that was me. So would I recommend anybody buy from them??? Absolutely not!!! Just warning those who need to be warned. Learn from me-----FATUCL! MY new title. (Screwed) at the used car lot and no I didn't like it! P.S. I had an actual diesel mechanic take a look. And guess what? The EGR cooler was cracked. AKA the exact thing I told them was wrong with it. So maybe they ought to hire a new "best diesel mechanic" who actually knows something about diesels. read more

If I could have a negative review I would. After almost 20 years of being a loyal customer, I will never set foot in this dealership again, and I will make sure my friends/family don't either. After almost 4 months of fighting with them and Stellantis over a warranty issue on a brand new vehicle with 10k miles, we finally had to pay for it as we were already paying for a vehicle we couldn't drive. Their motto is "customer satisfaction", which is a joke. Service manager and General manager dodge calls, don't return calls, and pass the blame on the next person. Buyer beware, Aberdeen Chrysler Center does not stand by their motto or the products they sell. read more

I worked with Nick for a deal on a 2026 Ram 1500 for my brother. Nick was amazing, very helpful, quick to respond and most importantly, he informed me of ALL the incentives available. The quote my brother received from another dealer only offered the national incentive, no mention of any other incentives if you qualified. I would highly recommend Nick when purchasing a vehicle. read more

feel very cheated. very poor customer service. reached out and got the run around. basically took our money. as is means you can drive it and it may needs some repairs. not just a hunk of undrivable metal. I see they just give they "well you signed as is" pretty shady read more

I can't even begin to tell you how much a I personally hate car shopping. BUT ABEREEN CHRYSLER CENTER made it AMAZING. Nick and Landon were awesome. Nick, I will tell you went above and beyond what he needed to. It was great as we just moved to town and they made the process so great. I would recommend them over and over again. Thank you. read more

Horrible place gives racist vibes. Don't wanna bore y'all so here's a quick list Service is horrible - after a few misdiagnosis, 2 radiator replacements, and a heater hose = $700+ smh Has one black guy that works there that also gives racist vibes. I have a Chrysler, they are Chrysler dealership and service provider and the ONLY explanation that was given to me from their point of contact was, "We struggled with her." Smh Chrysler as a whole blew it for me with this experience read more

Place is a joke. They don't help u at all when it comes to selling u a truck. Give me less then my car is worth and tries to sell me a truck with 140 thousand miles on it for 440 a month. Lmao what a joke! Never get my service again. But harr motors will! Thank u harr motors! read more

Horrible service, very unprofessional to say the least. I was left waiting for even a greeting for 30 minutes. The sales crew were all too busy on their phones to give anyone the time of day. I took my vehicle in to get a cash offer (like they advertised on the radio). When the sales manager on the pre-owned lot finally got around to taking a look at my vehicle, he literally took one walk around it didnt start the vehicle or check how it ran or bother to test drive it. Gave it a very rude smirk and said he couldnt make an offer. It wasnt the fact that they offered me nothing it was how he handled the whole situation. I'm not impressed with Aberdeen Chrysler at all and will not give them any business anymore. And I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. read more

Go somewhere, anywhere else. I was traveling in to Aberdeen when my vehicle started to break down and I know a new alternator would be needed. I stopped here around 1 pm and asked the service person how long they were open to work on a vehicle and he stated that the service department was open until 7 pm. Knowing it should take and hour; 2 max to put in an alternator, I made an appointment for 3:30 pm to give me time to get my child into his doctors appointment. I got it back to the shop in time. I asked about a loaner car so we could get something to eat. I was told they don't do that but they have a van to take you around town. DO NOT TAKE THE VAN !!! My son and I were dropped off at a place to eat and the driver gave me his number to call to get a ride back when the vehicle was fixed. While eating, the service department call and they said they could not get the van fixed before 5 pm. I asked about them being open until 7 pm and I was told that was the basic (oil change people) the mechanics leave at 5. I requested a loaner vehicle again and they said they don't do that. So I called the van driver to come and get us so I could get to the airport to rent a car to get my son home. Driver of van said he would be right there to get us. After 20 minutes I called back to see where he was and he had picked up 2 more people. I explained to him that I needed to get to the airport to rent a vehicle before 5:30pm. (it was 5:05 pm when I called.) The driver told me that he could not do that and would not be picking us up !!!!! WTF . How can they take you away from your vehicle like that and at least not come back to get you? After a bunch of calls and spending a lot more than I should have, I was able to get a ride to the airport and rent a car for 4 days until the vehicle was fixed. ((They "found" another problem with the van and said it was unsafe to drive the way it was)) A good dealer would allow you to use one of their vehicles if they couldn't complete the repair as they had promised. Or at least offered to put you up at a hotel, or even paid a mechanic to stay 30 minutes longer to complete the repair as promised. read more

From what I gathered, they are a good place to buy vehicles from. They are extremely helpful and friendly in that aspect. But their mechanic work is something that's less than desired. I've done business with them a few times (mainly oil changes) while I've been here in school. See my car is something that I need, I'm nearly 500 miles from home here. I keep it in tip top shape. I recently ran into a small problem and brought it in to have it checked out. I was told it was going to be roughly a 750$ fix. I decided to wait a month, and drove my car home to have my mechanic take a look. All it was was a damaged hose, costing me 50$. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem to my car, but also charged me over 100$ just to run the codes without test driving it and not actually taking a look under the hood past topping off a few of my fluids. I was told by my mechanic back home that I should ask for my money back from them for the check up. I'm not a person to do that, but I will leave this review here. Hope this helps! read more

Mike did an excellent job finding a van equipped as we like and staying with us until we made the purchase. We appreciated Tom, the person who drove the van to Bismarck, ND and Brad who worked out the extended warranty. We highly recommend Aberdeen Chrysler center for their skilled employees and service. read more

Not only do they bill you for work that I've found not completed when arriving home but they're usual topping off of fluids that they're supposed to do during oil changes doesn't even seem to happen anymore. I've been a customer for over 10 + years but not anymore after the recent events these hooligans do for business. read more

My son took day off work to get alignment and tire rotation done. Drop vehicle and they give us a car to use for errands. Come back pick up after 3 hours of work and notice no tire rotation and they did not do alignment. Stated they worked on recall/warranty items. Give us another car to get some dinner and we said we will be back in a hour to pickup vehicle. We get back and truck is still outside, they won't get it done till the next day. They said "they will take care of us." Take off another day of work to pickup vehicle (lives over an hour away) and vehicle is done and they took a whole $15 off. OUCH. Not very impressed read more

Bought 2011 Dodge Ram brand new. Complained about mileage and after much review and consulting from numerous members of there staff they said put a chip in it. I wish I could remember their names, I said what about warranty? Oh we have hundreds of guys with chips we will take care of you don't worry. I even called managers desk and said this makes me nervous and wanted to double check. He even said yes we will take of you. Yep warped block and $11k later they don't remember telling me it was ok. But they admitted they used to tell people that. Yeah bs. Then I go to trade it and the idiots act uninterested. Telling me to sell it outright. And it's a sharp pickup not trying to trade them a junk pile. Haha yeah only reason for two stars is because Duey in service is a badass. I buy tons of pickups for my business and they won't ever get another. 2016 Chevy just pulled in driveway last night. Way to go ACC!!! read more
