If I could have a negative review I would. After almost 20 years of being a loyal customer, I will never set foot in this dealership again, and I will make sure my friends/family don't either. After almost 4 months of fighting with them and Stellantis over a warranty issue on a brand new vehicle with 10k miles, we finally had to pay for it as we were already paying for a vehicle we couldn't drive. Their motto is "customer satisfaction", which is a joke. Service manager and General manager dodge calls, don't return calls, and pass the blame on the next person. Horrible service, very unprofessional to say the least. I was left waiting for even a greeting for 30 minutes. The sales crew were all too busy on their phones to give anyone the time of day. I took my vehicle in to get a cash offer (like they advertised on the radio). When the sales manager on the pre-owned lot finally got around to taking a look at my vehicle, he literally took one walk around it didnt start the vehicle or check how it ran or bother to test drive it. Gave it a very rude smirk and said he couldnt make an offer. It wasnt the fact that they offered me nothing it was how he handled the whole situation. I'm not impressed with Aberdeen Chrysler at all and will not give them any business anymore. And I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. read more

Go somewhere, anywhere else. I was traveling in to Aberdeen when my vehicle started to break down and I know a new alternator would be needed. I stopped here around 1 pm and asked the service person how long they were open to work on a vehicle and he stated that the service department was open until 7 pm. Knowing it should take and hour; 2 max to put in an alternator, I made an appointment for 3:30 pm to give me time to get my child into his doctors appointment. I got it back to the shop in time. I asked about a loaner car so we could get something to eat. I was told they don't do that but they have a van to take you around town. DO NOT TAKE THE VAN !!! My son and I were dropped off at a place to eat and the driver gave me his number to call to get a ride back when the vehicle was fixed. While eating, the service department call and they said they could not get the van fixed before 5 pm. I asked about them being open until 7 pm and I was told that was the basic (oil change people) the mechanics leave at 5. I requested a loaner vehicle again and they said they don't do that. So I called the van driver to come and get us so I could get to the airport to rent a car to get my son home. Driver of van said he would be right there to get us. After 20 minutes I called back to see where he was and he had picked up 2 more people. I explained to him that I needed to get to the airport to rent a vehicle before 5:30pm. (it was 5:05 pm when I called.) The driver told me that he could not do that and would not be picking us up !!!!! WTF . How can they take you away from your vehicle like that and at least not come back to get you? After a bunch of calls and spending a lot more than I should have, I was able to get a ride to the airport and rent a car for 4 days until the vehicle was fixed. ((They "found" another problem with the van and said it was unsafe to drive the way it was)) A good dealer would allow you to use one of their vehicles if they couldn't complete the repair as they had promised. Or at least offered to put you up at a hotel, or even paid a mechanic to stay 30 minutes longer to complete the repair as promised. read more

From what I gathered, they are a good place to buy vehicles from. They are extremely helpful and friendly in that aspect. But their mechanic work is something that's less than desired. I've done business with them a few times (mainly oil changes) while I've been here in school. See my car is something that I need, I'm nearly 500 miles from home here. I keep it in tip top shape. I recently ran into a small problem and brought it in to have it checked out. I was told it was going to be roughly a 750$ fix. I decided to wait a month, and drove my car home to have my mechanic take a look. All it was was a damaged hose, costing me 50$. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem to my car, but also charged me over 100$ just to run the codes without test driving it and not actually taking a look under the hood past topping off a few of my fluids. I was told by my mechanic back home that I should ask for my money back from them for the check up. I'm not a person to do that, but I will leave this review here. Hope this helps! read more

My son took day off work to get alignment and tire rotation done. Drop vehicle and they give us a car to use for errands. Come back pick up after 3 hours of work and notice no tire rotation and they did not do alignment. Stated they worked on recall/warranty items. Give us another car to get some dinner and we said we will be back in a hour to pickup vehicle. We get back and truck is still outside, they won't get it done till the next day. They said "they will take care of us." Take off another day of work to pickup vehicle (lives over an hour away) and vehicle is done and they took a whole $15 off. OUCH. Not very impressed read more

Bought 2011 Dodge Ram brand new. Complained about mileage and after much review and consulting from numerous members of there staff they said put a chip in it. I wish I could remember their names, I said what about warranty? Oh we have hundreds of guys with chips we will take care of you don't worry. I even called managers desk and said this makes me nervous and wanted to double check. He even said yes we will take of you. Yep warped block and $11k later they don't remember telling me it was ok. But they admitted they used to tell people that. Yeah bs. Then I go to trade it and the idiots act uninterested. Telling me to sell it outright. And it's a sharp pickup not trying to trade them a junk pile. Haha yeah only reason for two stars is because Duey in service is a badass. I buy tons of pickups for my business and they won't ever get another. 2016 Chevy just pulled in driveway last night. Way to go ACC!!! read more
