This review is a follow-up to a review previously written…read more When I wrote my initial review in October, it was done so with an overwhelming amount of gratitude and appreciation. I now find myself in an even deeper state of appreciation for Eric, not only what he stands for, but for WHO he is. This mans conviction for doing the right thing, even when not prompted shows he stands firmly rooted in his dedication to stay the course to make sure his client is well represented. Moreover, his dedication to the rule of law is without question, above reproach. It is worth noting that when I had spoken with the majority of other legal counsel about this, the attitudes expressed were more obtuse in nature. There were some whose empathy was sincere, the end result was nothing could be done. This happened for three plus years. Then, as I had outlined before, when Eric reviewed my case, he saw it for what it was; a 1385 dismissal. Eric handled the case with extreme efficiency and efficacy. In and out of court in 10 minutes - acknowledgement of the original dismissal per PC1385 and all civil liberties restored. I thought this was the end. I was wrong. The issue I have been faced with now is the feds and their refusal to acknowledge the restoration of my firearms rights. We're now five months into this battle with the feds. During this time, Eric has been at my side, assisting me in the best way he knew how with the issues at hand at that time. How was he there? He listened, he understood, he empathized, he provided insight and when necessary, Eric took action without any prompting. Who does that anymore? Eric! The first time I experienced Eric taking action was when I had been CC'd in an email sent to the feds. I was floored. It was something I did not ask for, nor even to think of and certainly had not expected. He did what was right because it was the right thing to do. A testament to his personal ethos making sure he was providing the best representation. Needless to say, a much deeper sense of appreciation and more importantly, respect, was rooted. In regards to the feds' continued refusal, we have come to an impasse. They have refused to acknowledge our nation's laws and the court order. Eric once again took action. He didn't say what he was going to do, he just did it then notified me of what was going to happen. A court date has been set to have the record reflect my conviction was set aside. I believe this is pursuant to PC1018 and 1473.7 respectively. I'm not overly concerned about the what's or how's at the moment as I know whatever it is, it is in my best interest. Details will be provided to me when he and I have time to discuss it. As I begin to close this addendum to my previous review, I cannot emphasize enough how well you will be represented when represented by Eric Schweitzer. Furthermore, we all know that a successful attorney cannot succeed alone. Eric has at his side two exceptional women, Angel and Latisha who are the magic and make it possible for Eric to excel at doing what he does best; representing his client. When you speak with either of them, rest-assured, they will make sure you are well taken care of and any needs expressed, will be promptly addressed. In closing, regardless of how long you have been trying to get representation for the particular issue you are facing, when bringing your case to Eric to review, rest easy in the knowledge that if he can help you, you will not find better representation.

And when I got tired of waiting I sent him Tina's and told him he could either call her *today* or I would send him on Rd. 2 of the camping trip with a couple broken legs. and told him he was treating his big brother like an a$$hole b/c he already knows I am going to be the one paying her and I am going to be out of pocket $1,000 more than he was at the moment so stop worrying about your money and start worrying about mine. And Dog only knows when he paid those jokers but it had been awhile. And I told him this will be done and behind us a month from now if you just pick up the phone and call her, because that's your job. And...as predicted,. the woman TCB. And I don't remember exactly how long it took her to get it done but it wasn't very long at all, it may have been less than a month from the time she filed it. So now he's felony free so he doesn't feel a noose around his neck anymore, so with no more cash under the table BS he went out and got a real job, and is wrapping up the 3rd semester of his AA at City College right now. And I knew she was going to get it done one way or the other, but getting it done as quickly as she did matched the expectations I set for him and more importantly put hope back on the table, because he doesn't have to feel like a 2nd Class Citizen anymore which has greatly improved his long term out. Very happy with Tina's work and anyone on her staff who touched it.

I paid $1,000 and did not get my charge expunged or my record sealed. If you google it, A DISMISSAL IS NOT THE SAME AS EXPUNGEMENT. Just find someone else, she also has a rude assistant named Kayla who answers the calls and gate keeps. I asked to speak to Tina multiple times and she would never let me talk to her. It was impossible. Hopefully Tina can read this review and contact me directly.

A couple of years later, I was contacted by a lawyer because the friend wanted to sell the property. I reached out to Lawvex for help. After paying about $800, I was told the will wasn't clear and that I basically had no rights to the property unless I wanted to challenge it.
