I was beginning to feel defeated until a letter came in the mail with my moms name from this firm, I called, scheduled a consultation at the very end of the day, 4:30pm and Helen took the call. There is a reason this woman has been at this office for over 25 years and let me tell you, SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING!!! She was fabulous, she made sure Adam had the availability for the next morning arraignment hearing, she gave me a very fair quote and I signed the contract right then and there. They always answered his calls from jail, went to visit him when needed, and took the time to explain everything to me after each court date so I never felt left in the dark. They even connected us with a psychologist for a small fee, who went to the jail several times to speak with my son and would also call me afterwards to let me know how things went. On top of that, they also brought in a private investigator for an additional small fee. He not only did his work thoroughly but also took the time to call me directly, which showed how much effort the entire team put into helping my son. The entire office staff was always kind and patient, even when I had what probably felt like tedious questions. Helen was especially helpful with the financial side, allowing me to put a portion down and then make payments, which no other lawyer's office was willing to do. It's sad to see when people leave bad reviews, because sometimes it's not that the lawyer didn't do their job it's that the outcome wasn't what they hoped for. Hiring an attorney doesn't guarantee that there will be no sentence. My son still did time, but it was nothing close to what the DA was pushing for. Without Martin and Kiley who knows what would have happened. What really showed me their character was the fact that Martin reached out to me a couple of months after my son's sentencing just to check in and see how he was doing. Then, about six months later, when my son faced another legal issue, Kiley immediately stepped in again to help us through it. And when it finally caught up to him they jammed him up on possession with intent because he had 2 tiny little things instead of just 1. The upshot is it got him off the street, because they suspended 3 yrs.but told him that from that point on even a simple possession charge would reinstate it. And he's been straight for almost 10 years now so I am glad I didn't know about it at the time because I would have called Tina and it wouldn't have occurred to me the fear of prison is a better cure than the fear of God usually is. But when he finally told me about it 2 years ago he added that he had already PIF at www.expungeyourbankaccount.com. And since he would have forfeited it if he walked away he wanted to give them a little more time to do nothing. And when I got tired of waiting I sent him Tina's and told him he could either call her *today* or I would send him on Rd. 2 of the camping trip with a couple broken legs. and told him he was treating his big brother like an a$$hole b/c he already knows I am going to be the one paying her and I am going to be out of pocket $1,000 more than he was at the moment so stop worrying about your money and start worrying about mine. And Dog only knows when he paid those jokers but it had been awhile. And I told him this will be done and behind us a month from now if you just pick up the phone and call her, because that's your job. And...as predicted,. the woman TCB. And I don't remember exactly how long it took her to get it done but it wasn't very long at all, it may have been less than a month from the time she filed it. So now he's felony free so he doesn't feel a noose around his neck anymore, so with no more cash under the table BS he went out and got a real job, and is wrapping up the 3rd semester of his AA at City College right now. And I knew she was going to get it done one way or the other, but getting it done as quickly as she did matched the expectations I set for him and more importantly put hope back on the table, because he doesn't have to feel like a 2nd Class Citizen anymore which has greatly improved his long term out. Very happy with Tina's work and anyone on her staff who touched it.

I paid $1,000 and did not get my charge expunged or my record sealed. If you google it, A DISMISSAL IS NOT THE SAME AS EXPUNGEMENT. Just find someone else, she also has a rude assistant named Kayla who answers the calls and gate keeps. I asked to speak to Tina multiple times and she would never let me talk to her. It was impossible. Hopefully Tina can read this review and contact me directly.
