She took the time to ask what I wanted and really wanted to know what I wanted to get from my photos. She asked about my details and what style I wanted. She was extremely sweet and from that phone conversation alone I could tell she had a true passion for wedding photography. Pamela wasn't just my wedding photographer, she was a friend. I booked her about a year in advance and she checked in periodically throughout that year. We had several interactions leading up to the day (phone, email, in person) where she spent time helping me plan the ends and odds of my wedding, she even helped me come up with my wedding timeline. She also visited my venue to brainstorm ideas before the big day and even sent me an itinerary. She really thinks of everything! On my wedding day, Pamela & her assistant Sergey (I hope the spelling is right) were phenomenal. They got a ton of great pictures and came up with a lot of amazing ideas for photos. They both are extremely detail oriented. They made sure my train was perfect at all times, that Matt's tie was straight, you name it, they saw it. We were instructed to take cap and gown next then she could change into her dresses. After she changed in her dress she had to take her picture in her formal dress in the hallway up against the graffiti wall. SMH they had completely packed up all the backdrops and all of the things. So she could not get her picture in either dress with a backdrop. We were told 4 outfit was up to 2 hours. We were there for 1 hour and 17 minutes. This sucked after paying for the session, hair, makeup. I was told she can come back another day and get her picture in the dress taken. Like really. I am giving them two stars only because there three photographers that were extremely nice. The guy in the hallway, taking pictures the lady who took the yearbook picture and the lady who was taking the pictures with the brick wall back drop. Oh the guy who took the cap and gown picture was really nice too. He really doesn't matter how nice they are.
