Abe Jones was recommended by my Plumber and I'm so thankful he did. I called late on Monday and got a phone call from Kaylee 9am the next morning. She was so helpful and pleasant on the phone and really listen to my concerns. My backyard was soaked because of faulty irrigation, which affected my leach lines and one of my toilets was making a gurgling noise and filling up with water. My plumber told me to call ASAP. Kaylee said she would put me on the urgent list, by 11 am I got a text that someone would be there in 25 minutes. The guy was on time and listened to what was going on. Tank was full and needed to be pumped. He checked there was no blockage and gave me good information on do's and don'ts to help preserve and prevent future problems. ABE JONES is NUMBER 1 + for services. Kaylee, the office gal, was so helpful for being an intermediary between me and my property manager when shit flowed for 3 days, and the property manager (Property Leaders) refused to respond to my complaint. Kaylee contacted the property manager, who told her there was no issue as he had a rep from his office check it. She sent him pics showing he was incorrect and got property manager to respond with the OK that ABE JONES GO access the issue and fix it. Called ABE for an emergency septic pump out. Their schedule was full and put me on their emergency call list. At noon they showed up. They pumped my septic tank down and washed out the tank so we could see what was causing the back up into the house. We were able to deduce the septic pump floats that turn on and off the pump were tangled in the electrical cords inhibiting their functions. We straightened the wiring up and the system worked as it should. They were courteous, efficient and I felt charged a fair rate for their service. Before writing this review I gave them the opportunity to make things right. Long story short- paid them to do a septic tank drain & inspection. Was told no issues. We moved in, for weeks we smell a noxious smell anytime plumbing is used. Two expensive plumber visits later it's discovered that a $10 cap is missing from the septic tank. Once that cap is replaced, the smell never returns. This company, which not only inspected but ALSO installed this unit, said we should have called them and this misding cap is not a red flag. Why would i call a company who inspected their unit and told me there are no issues, and how would they find the solution if they dont think this missing cap was an issue the first time. Bottom line, they messed up, they didn't take responsibility for their failure and left us living with this stomach churning smell for weeks. If i pay for an inspection of something I expect it to be noted if pieces are missing, red flag or not read more

My real estate broker met the guys out at a property to perform a pre-sale pump and inspection of the septic system. The outdoor frost-free hydrants were inaccessible, so they were unable to perform the work at that time. Once the water was back on, they came back and got the job done. It was scheduled quickly (both times) and they didn't make a big deal or charge me for the extra trip. They also sent the final report quickly. Very happy with the service. Fantastic service. Knowledgeable help. All around genuine nice human beings. I had a serious scare and didn't know what to do. I called and they helped me through it. They were booked with work for the day but they still made it over within 2 hours. They quickly identified my problem, fixed it, then were hesitant to take payment because they 'didn't really do much'. After insisting...they hesitantly accepted my money, wished me a good evening, then drove off into the night to save some other poor soul from a shitty night. My 92 year old father needed his septic tank cleaned out. I called Jones septic service and they were able to get us scheduled right away. The two men Mat and his brother in law worked quickly and professionally. They knew right where to dig and ours was three feet down so alot of digging. My dad is a World War II vet and they gave him a discount which was very kind of them. My dad appreciated it greatly.
