My appointment got delayed because of the pandemic, and then when I rescheduled it, I straight-up forgot the appointment because it had been so long since I'd gone anywhere! The front desk lady was super kind about that. When I finally got in for my appointment, they were very gentle about the cleaning and x-rays. The dentist said I needed a little work, but nothing unexpected. I find them very credible and trustworthy. Dental appointments during a pandemic are going to be unnerving, but they were really careful and consistent with PPE and hand-washing. I feel comfortable enough to go back next month to have the work done (IRS rules mean I'll lose money if I don't).

She's very personable as is the entire staff. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Lloyd, and Dr. Jay I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. This is a family practice and they take family culture very serious so much so that they make you feel like you're apart of the family. I also appreciate that they are extremely accommodating. My 6-month appointment was made without my requesting, I was scheduled within 3-weeks to get a filling replaced because Dr. Lloyd was concerned that it cause me issues, and when I had a question that only Dr. Jay could answer, he made himself available to answer immediately and explained the process. I wish I would've found Dr. Lloyd, my adopted mom as I told her, much sooner. I highly recommend her and the practice to everyone.

They charged $450 to my insurance and charged me in $200 out of pocket. Her son examined my mouth and told me that I need an root canal or have it my tooth pulled. He said he could not do it and I had to go to a surgeon. He said the nerve was to thin and he didn't think that he would be able to get it all out. I need to take anabiotic's for a week. I told him I was allergic to sulfa drugs and clindamycin and I can only take Cipro. evidently he didn't believe me and he gave me a anabiotic that upset my stomach. every time I call the phone goes to a voicemail that and it's full.All that money gone and no results...Please don't put your health in there hands

The other reviews are absolutely true - he was so kind and explained everything he was doing, asked a lot of helpful questions to get to know me and any concerns, and did the entire cleaning himself.
