I think it was 2009 this happened and I am having a drooping eyelid now. So I need to fix it but it held up for many years. There was never any improper touching..I felt very comfortable with him. Every time I came up I would bring fresh produce for the entire staff One day I was on the restroom got a call answered it left the restroom and walked out side and finished the call I did not even say a word until I was out side A RN I had never met and I was there a lot try to shame me when I waked back in the office You can't be on your phone in the lobby o said I wasn't I went out side you followed me out side so you must know that . When I was called back to get my vitals and do lab work the RN followed me and the MA around trying to provoke me I did not take the bait I told my doctor what happened he said she was not a nice person and to be careful with her I said ok On my next visit she comes into the lab she was trying to provoke me again two medical assistants were shaking I looked at her and asked why she felt the need to stalk me She leaves the lab and tells Dr Bent I was causing problems when I did noting of the kind. I went to this clinic for years I work in health care I was a navy corpsman I was a medical equipment rep I called on doctors offices I assure you I know how to act in a lobby This RN was a total cun! I lost my doctor with no debate Dr Bent would not meet with me it was just done The RN was pure evil she really was. I would not recommend coming to this clinic. For any reason if they are applying for grants refuse them There is no excuse for a RN to treat patients like she did . If she still works there I have not forgotten what you did I hope your karma catches up to you. If she reads this your a horrible person you have something broken inside y ou have a need to feel powerful land your a very bad person . I had previously been told by another surgeon that I would need a breast lift to get the result I wanted, but I really did not want the additional scars or a lift if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Dr. Ip took the time to evaluate my anatomy and gave me another option that made much more sense for me. We ultimately went with Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle/subfascial, without a lift, and I am SO happy that I trusted him. My surgery and recovery were honestly easier than I ever expected. I had very minimal pain, never needed the prescription pain medication, and felt extremely well taken care of throughout the entire process. I'm now several weeks out and already love my results more and more as everything continues to settle. They look beautiful, feminine and proportionate to my body, which was exactly what I wanted. What I appreciated most about Dr. Ip was that I never felt pressured or like there was only one "correct" option. He listened to my concerns, worked with my anatomy and my goals, and ultimately gave me the result I was hoping for without putting me through a procedure I didn't want. He even handled my court case and made $15,000 off of that which we lost the case and we are in debt from all of my nose surgeries. I had emailed him about an estimate for my nose, it was around $30,000. I had my consultation once again after the waited time period, we talked about fixing the holes (dents in my nose from missing cartilage), and fixing the irregularities. I booked the non refundable deposit of $1,000 after meeting with him and scheduled the surgery thinking the quote would similar to what he quoted me on email. The receptionist (I can't say names on yelp), sent me a quote of $187,050. I was floored. I lost the deposit money and we can't afford almost $200,000 for a nose job. I am filled with so many questions of why? Where did we get so lost? My emails are ignored now. I lost the money to the lawyer to the last surgeon who botched me, we're in debt from 4 surgeries that botched me, and I put all my eggs in one basket as to the hope for him to fix me for good. We can't even get a loan for $200,000. I'm really down and absolutely shocked that he said he would help me, but surprised me with a price tag that's insurmountable for what we can afford. It's saddening. My hope is gone for surgeons. They're greedy and money hungry. I hope this review gets him to read what emotional toll this has taken on me, and to think before you charge a patient $200,000 to fix irregularities on their nose. I'm no millionaire or billionaire, I'm a mom raising a toddler who has had a really hard time looking in the mirror. I wish he would have kept his word. Only God will judge us at the end as to how we treated those in need of help but couldn't afford a quarter million dollars to get it.
