An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! I typically schedule my rides about two weeks in advance although I have made some arrangements with less notice. I like using Fox's service as it is way less stressful than driving myself. Their rates are fair. I know that I will have a courthouse, conscientious driver and a safe ride home which means a lot to me and is well worth the rates I pay.
