The salesperson was on the phone, and she never looked at me. After the phone call, she left to talk to another worker. When she came back she had trouble finding it in the computer, stopped to answer the phone. Finally she found a 16 foot board. I asked if they could sell 8 foot. After consulting with her manager, the price quoted was over $16. I left, and drove to Lowe's, where a 10 foot board of the same material was a little over $8.
