Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I am in the store. They have started selling new items in their store such as Soju, Sake, and THC beverages. I think it's great that Total Wine is branching out and increasing the variety of drinks they sell! I love Soju and Sake, and I really like being able to get rewards points on my favorite drinks. I wish they could do tasting events at this store, but I just don't think they have the space to host an event.

The selection seems on the outset to be the same but there is a lack of variety that used to be present. Additionally, the staff isn't nearly as friendly as it used to be. I order online usually and pick up. I was very disappointed that a few of my favorites were not available. I was also a little surprised at the lack of cordiality by the staff. It's a wine store sure but they deal with customers. One would think they would make themselves available instead of "lurking" in shadows somewhere. I had to call out a couple of times before someone called for another staff member to help. I will save the gas and just shop in Greensboro to r even better in VA when visiting family.

I had a gentleman approach and become aggressive towards myself and the table I was with. My friend did defend me but my dog stayed calm and relaxed. The gentleman approached again aggressively with his dog and lunged at mine and claimed his dog was a service animal and mine was a pet. I don't put the vest on her because most know who she is, my fault. Molly; the co manager (I missed his name) and the security guard were amazing and wonderful at deescalating everything. I feel terrible about what happened but I appreciate them and will continue shopping and coming here for their excellent service and care

I stopped here last week and was pleasantly surprised at the beer and wine selection that were on shelves and in the coolers. Both are fairly extensive. There is a bar which is in the center of the space. They have a nice tap selection featuring beers from the Red Oak, Raleigh and Trophy Brewing companies. I sat and had a nice IPA from Bombshell Brewing. I then purchased a six pack of Hazy IPA from RBC. While I was leaving I noticed a Taco food truck pulling up for the night. There is also live music and other events at this location.
