And the wine is unlike anything I've tasted. I've toured wineries in Temecula and this is the only place where I'll easily come home with a case of wine. The gift baskets are amazing too. I really loved the patio and the screen porched area where you can enjoy your wines. Landscape is gorgeous that you can see the vineyards from where you are sitting. Even though they did not open until noon, I called a half hour before opening and they welcomed us in at 1045. They only had 3-4 wines for my wife and mom to sample but they loved it. The wines here are based on the muscadine grape so expect sweet. If you want those tannin filled bodies, go to California. If you know anything about North Carolina or southern wines, they are going to be sweet. Here is no exception. My wife and mom loved the Cape Fear Cheer and the Strawberry Wine. Unlike other wines from North Carolina, these lack the weird after taste which is awesome. They are sweet to the tounge, crisp, and go down smooth. Some of the wineries are known for a quirky after taste which none of us enjoy. Finishing with a clean polish, the wines are awesome. I recommend going but they are under construction, have a limited selection but the wines are about $10 a bottle which is reasonable.

I had an incredibly disturbing experience at this location on May 2nd around 4:45 PM. What started…read moreas a simple question about a "buy two, get one free" chip promotion (advertised both in-store and on the app) escalated into a completely unwarranted confrontation. The cashier, Gail, who identified herself as the manager, was not only unaware of the promotion but became hostile when I asked to use a valid $10 digital coupon from the DG app. She flatly refused to apply it without any explanation. When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the one in charge and then threatened to call the police on me simply for trying to complete my purchase. She actually picked up the phone to call law enforcement, but after speaking with another individual (who seemed to be an actual superior), she was instructed to honor the coupon--proving it was valid all along. Despite finishing the transaction, she then told me I was no longer allowed in the store. I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate (Case #1620791). It is deeply concerning that a "manager" would weaponize law enforcement over a digital coupon and an advertised sale. I've lived in this area for a while now and have never been treated with such disrespect. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location where the staff is trained in basic customer service and store policy.
