They were prompt in their arrival and pick up, and timely with their set up and take down. By far the most affordable. Everyone else in Visalia/Tulare charged upward of $230 for the slide we wanted. Everything we rented was in excellent condition. The slide was clean and visibly conditioned; very well taken care of. They also do catering! We can't wait to try that. What compelled me to share this experience was the response we received when acknowledging the reasonableness of their prices compared to their competitors. "We know we can charge more and make more money, but for us, that's not what it's all about. We're not trying to get rich. We know how difficult it can be to be able to afford to do something special like this and because we have been blessed, we want to make it possible for the people in our community to be able to afford it as well." I believe social responsibility is something every business should embrace. I'd like to share a terrible experience we had with this company weeks ago we schedule to have a…read morebounce house delivered at 11 AM today for three-year-old's birthday party we figured that was sufficient time because the party didn't start until 1 PM we started calling around 11 AM and didn't receive any word back from the company finally at almost 12 PM they text us back they don't even give us the courtesy of a phone call they text us to tell us that we are not gonna be able to get the bounce house today with some petty excuse, Then continue to text us with excuses saying that him texting us at 11:50 something is sufficient notice that's an hour and 10 minutes before the three-year-old's birthday party starting thank God we got a hold of a bounce house rental company it costed us an extra hundred bucks but they were able to go into the office and bring us a bounce house with only 30 minutes notice I hope everybody takes the highroad and avoids this company by all means necessary if ABC town sells didn't respond to us my three-year-old's birthday party would've been ruined because there would've been a bunch of kids sitting around in the backyard twiddling Their thumbs with nothing to do today.. Tables and chairs are always clean , this time around we got two heaters both with full propane tanks. During the party we had more people than we anticipated so I gave Arturo a call to see if he could deliver extra chairs/tables which he came through. Very great communication from delivery schedule to pick up. Definitely recommend!!
