My garage door opener unit finally gave up the ghost and needed to be replaced. I found this outfit with great reviews through the Next Door and Yelp apps. Clay, the owner, was phenomenal! Great response time, old school (for a young guy), personable, does not upsell, and firm believer in not fixing/replacing items that aren't broken. His prices are SUPER reasonable. I paid $540 for a brand new Chamberlain opener with install. His work comes with a 1 year labor warranty plus the 6 year manufacturer warranty that comes with unit which usually is an added cost with other outfits. Great quality work and was done in less than an hour. Clay, offers several pay options as well....even checks! Does anybody use checks, anymore?! Although, I will say this, if you run plastic, expect a 4% added charge for transaction fee which is still much cheaper with anybody else. To avoid, pay in cash, check, or possibly other apps through your bank. I did get quotes from two other places in which they both quoted me close to over $1,000 just to replace an opener with install which is just un-freaking-believeable in my opinion. I highly recommend Clay/ABC Garage Door, you won't be disappointed! 5 stars all day long!! read more

We had a great experience with ABC Garage! My mom had an old garage opener that needed to be switched out at her house. We reached out to ABC Garage and they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and gave us a clear arrival window ahead of time. We also appreciated the friendly lady we spoke to on the phone who notified us when the technician was on the way ... that level of communication goes a long way. They installed the myQ keypad as well, everything works perfectly, and the pricing was very reasonable. It's always nice supporting a family-owned company, and Clay (the owner) was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend ABC Garage if you're looking for reliable and honest service! read more

We have used ABC for our garage door maintenance and opener, and was so happy with the service.... When my mother in law had her purse stolen, with her ID and garage door opener, I called ABC for help. They had a tech come by her house, delete the old code, and she got 2 new openers with a new code. Fast friendly and professional service! Highly recommend. read more

Our garage door spring broke and was needing a replacement asap. Messaged this business the next morning on Yelp and got a response right away. I told them what happened and they recommended what I needed done with the prices which was competitive vs other businesses we contacted. They gave me their number to text for easier communication and they responded on time. They offered me an appointment within 2 hours of contact but I was not available at that time so they worked with our schedule and was really flexible. Clay arrived on time and explained the whole process and what needed to be done to my husband before working on it. He replaced both springs and the strut and inspected everything else before leaving. He was really quick and efficient! We would definitely recommend this company for any garage repairs and will be using ABC for the future (if needed) :) read more

I absolutely recommend this company based on the service at our house today, 28 April 2026. The technician arrived on time, looked over the door and started to work. I watched him. He certainly knew what he was doing! Talked to me what was wrong and what needs to be done. Not a hard sell, just a discussion. He did a good job. If I should have another problem with the door I will call for him by name. read more

I would highly recommend Clay and his entire staff. They provide excellent product and service with trustworthy and excellent prices.

Second time using this locally owned small business. I had a door replaced by this company and have a lot of DIY cabinets around that made it a bit of a challenge to remove and install but the tech handled it perfectly. He also had some replacement hardware that I didn't have and didn't charge me extra for it. He also service the motor, didn't sell me anything I didn't need, just honest opinions and fast, efficient work. Would use them again whenever I have any garage door issues. read more

I needed service on my garage door and asked for recommendations on Nextdoor and someone said to try ABC Garage Door. I called and spoke to Yvette. She was very friendly, professional, and attentive. We scheduled a convenient time to have Clay come out. He was very nice, very friendly, and he did a great job helping me out. This is a family owned business so they deserve our support and there's no way you won't be satisfied. Give them a try! Thanks so much for your great service! read more

These guys are amazing! I called them to replace my keypad. (Even though our times were messed up, Clay waited for me) My garage system is old so they could not located a keypad that worked with it. When I asked how much I owed he said nothing. Wow! You don't see that anymore. He said he would try his best to find me a keypad and would give me a call. Made me feel so special! I inquired about prices to fix our garage door and immediately was asked to send photos and was quoted a price. It's a locally owned company with no middle person. Clay came after hours to fix our garage door and even helped replaced a hinge. He worked on our garage door opener. Please give him a call. Two struts, silicon, and a hinge our garage door will last for a long time:) He can do it all and you will not be sold a bill of goods:) read more

I have Liberty Home Guard as my home warranty. Needless to say they SUCK! They dispatched my garage door opener to ABC Garage door and I was relieved as I have friends that used them before and were pleased. HOME WARRANTY company (LHG) never sent contact info to ABC so a week goes by and nothing. I called ABC myself and they had been ready to complete the job but LHG failed. Another week and a half go by and I finally get an opener sent to my home but they don't cover the installation (LHG). What?? I've never had a warranty company not cover installation but ok. All the while, over 2 weeks now ABC stayed in constant communication with me reminding me they were ready and sharing updates. Today, ABC came and installed the opener (which was wasn't even as good as the one being replaced, thanks LHG!) and I couldn't be happier. They close at 4pm but because Alicia, the awesome person that kept me sane through the process, has a heart and they know how the hell to run a business, made sure it was done today no matter what. It's 6pm and he just finished a little while ago. They didn't have to do this but because they are amazing, I have a working opener and didn't have to wait yet another week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ABC GARAGE DOOR for all of your future garage door and opener needs. I know exactly who I'll be calling in the future. Thanks again guys! One very satisfied customer. read more

Amazing customer service! Was able to schedule for next day service and the lady I scheduled with was sweet enough to give me a courtesy call when the tech was 30 minutes out which was super helpful! Will be recommending them to anyone who needs garage repairs. read more

I asked for a specific part and indicated I didn't need a service call. My response was to call a phone number ... and after a wait I was told they don't sell parts. (But would be happy to set up a service call) Seems like they could have had the courtesy to read my message. read more

I only wish I could give these people 100 stars. They are amazing. Sheila and Lloyd are the most wonderful people you can ever hope to meet. I told Sheila I was frantic because I'm having cancer surgery in 4 days and missed my pre-op appointment. It is critical that I did it today to get cleared for this very serious surgery. I was originally told it would be between 12 and 4. Sheila called me back in a few minutes and sad someone would be there in about 40 minutes. When Lloyd arrived, I asked him if he knew Sheila. She is such a compassionate, empathetic and a wonderful and warm woman. He told me it was his wife. Lloyd was all those things I said his wife is, and he replaced my broken springs and helped me so much. He was fast and knew exactly what to do. It works better than ever now. He kept telling me everything would be all right and my day will get better. I got my pre-op work completed and now can have the surgery. May God bless and keep these wonderful people under His wing. Thank you Sheila and Lloyd. read more

WOW! Amazing service great prices!! You will pleasantly surprised that it is so easy. Thank you for being people of extraordinary service!

Excellent service! So much so, I'm about to call them again re: the garage door at my NEW house!

I called ABC when a spring broke on our garage door. The quoted me a price of 2 springs for $177.20 which after being quoted over $400 by another company was unbelievable. A tech named Loyde came by the following day and was extremely nice. I have 3 large dogs and he took it in stride which is a great first impression to me. He installed the springs (turns out we only had 1 when we should've had 2) efficently and came to get me to show me what he had done. The opener on the wall didn't work so he fixed that at no extra charge and explained how to reprogram my car remotes if they didn't work. He was incredible! From now on I won't bother calling anyone else to fix my garage. I can't imagine any better service with such resonable prices. Thank you ABC! You're awesome! read more

At our new house, I was in a hurry and ..... clipped the bottom of the door with the van! (Geez!) Being a fixer ;) I grabbed my vice grips and bent out the crinkle. The tiny trim wouldn't fit under the corner bracket so I loosened it a bit. If you don't know why the bracket bolts are painted red I'll tell you. THEY ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO REMOVE! I now know this. Luckily we didn't get hurt (whew, dodged a trip to the ER!). I called and talked to the owner who sent his son out that day. Same nice, young man who repaired our other door last year. Same great service! Fast, quick, professional and out the (garage) door for just over $50. My husband told me 'an easy lesson here to learn'! Luckily, ABC pulled my fry pan out of the fire on this one! Thank you all! Twice they have helped us out. Great family owned company. I will definitely call them again and I suggest anyone call them too! read more

Great service from ABC garage door! Sheila is fantastic on the phone. Quality service, fair pricing.

My garage door broke about a week ago when I was not home. My wife called this company and the owner came out. The owner said we needed a new door that my door springs were shot. The owner notice that we had insulated doors and said we can do that. My wife said okay. So she ordered the doors by word of mouth, no paperwork! Well, he came and installed the doors and they are not insulated and they are the level 1 doors the manufacturer sells. Cheap! I asked to upgrade these doors and they said they would NOT give me a credit for these 1 day old doors. The doors I was able to look up, since they didn't show us anything we had to order blind, I asked for a quote and they came back with over 4600 dollars. Just so happens I had another top garage door company come out and they can do the same exact doors for under 3400! What a RIP OFF COMPANY! And they know I'm a 100 percent disabled veteran. read more

I've used this company twice and both times Clay came to the rescue! The first time I used this company, it was through a home warranty program. What really stood out to me was Clay's honesty in getting my garage door fixed. Other companies I've used through my home warranty program charge a flat rate of $75, even if they didn't do anything! But Clay said that fixing the wiring for my garage door didn't cost $75 and charged me appropriately. He also programmed my keypad for me and taught me how to do simple maintenance. The second incident, one of the garage door's coils broke. Clay came to fix it that afternoon. He took the time to answer my questions and was very polite. I appreciated that when he came through my front gate and front door to get to my garage, he would close it and lock it behind him. What can I say, it's the little details that I notice and appreciate! Definitely will continue using this company and highly recommend it to others! Oh, and they give a military discount too! read more

Loyde was prompt, friendly and efficient. He took my old opener down and installed and programmed the new opener, three remotes, external keypad in just over an hour. He serviced the rollers and replaced a hinge on the door. He answered my many questions and gave me hands on instructions on preventive maintenance and programming. The quality of work and customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I will refer this company to all those I know and on the neighborhood blog. ABC is A+++ read more
