The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. They carry a great selection. I even got great deals on their Summer bar ware clearance section.

Always a long line to pay, although multiple staff wander around the store. It's the most frustrating store in Cape Coral

Employees need better training on the first amendment. Very unprofessional behavior. I've been to several ABC liquor stores around the state of Florida and this one definitely failed. read more

I have been there many times and they have always been very helpful. The store is always very clean and well displayed. I didn't realize that there were so many different kinds or types of liquor. I went looking for Tequila for someone only to find all these different brands and colors. There was enough to open another store. This place is definitely a one stop store for liquor and accessories. read more

Worst customer service EVER!! I phoned ahead, asking for a few empty wine boxes with the insert. Nice guy on the phone said no problem. I get there and see the guy in the back. He told me he put the boxes in the front by the checkout. There is one person in line in front of me. This older witch comes over. I tell her I called for a few 12 bottled boxes. She huffs and says she didn't get a call. I explained that I spoke to and saw the guy and he told me they up front. Another louder huff and I'm told that I can only have 2. She proceeds to slam the wrong type boxes with no inserts, on the counter. I just left them on the counter and walked out. This older woman did not want to be at work. You have an angry, disturbed person at the front, she is the face of the store and company. Needless to say, I won't be spending another dime in this store. Look at their bad reviews. The newer store in Pine Island is soooo much better. I was there on 3/9/25 at 2:00, if anyone at the corporate office wanted to address her attitude with her. read more

A few years ago, before the hard cider/seltzer revolution, ABC carried many more brands of beer. The more obscure beers have been squeezed out. Grocery stores up north have a much more varied selection than ABC and even Total wine. Ommegang...Great Lakes...Innis and Gunn. Gone--and those are just a few. Fortunately, I can still find some Unibroue products like La Fin Du Monde from Quebec. That will probably be next, with the stiff tariffs our emperor has ordered. read more

Ian was one of the sales associate that was at the register, he was extremely rude as I approached and was very condescending towards me, because his register wasn't opened. I don't want to break any bottles so I was approaching the counter, also made eye contact with me. As a customer this is such a terrible experience you should be courteous to all customers! read more

I was promised my brand of whiskey would be in the store near me (Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral,Fl) on Tuesday 9/26/23, at 9am. I went back to the store, and it was not in stock, and the clerk/cashier was very rude to me. I asked her to call me when it was in stock, and she would not even answer. Great store with tons of variety - especially craft beers. I made sure my friends coming in to town stopped off there to pick up their drink of choice rather than trying to make do at Walmart. My favorite liquor store (a bit bigger but close to the scale of what we call package stores back home, ; ) here in Cape Coral. Clean, well organized and friendly helpful employees. Well stocked with plenty of spirits, small selection of barware, and even some items to help you create your cocktails. Good size beer cooler. A small cheese case up by register. If you get an ABC card you might just get notified of events that occur throughout the year such as tastings. A good place to grab something for when company arrives. read more

The last few times we've been there we have had to wait In line to pay. Today we waited over 10 minutes when finally another guy came to the checkout. He was very unfriendly. The other checkout person was very slow and the line backed up. I counted 12 people behind me. They were all complaining. There were 3 employees that were just standing around talking that saw the line. So sad to have such bad customer service. I wish I could give them no stars. read more

WOW! This liquor store blew my mind! When we were pulling up I thought perhaps it was a restaurant because it looked so fancy from the outside, but sure enough - it's just a very well-done liquor store. Their selection was out of this world - with all the wines and beers and liquids you can think of. Oh and did I mentioned that when I walked in and was greeted by free shots of rum and vodka? Never had an issue here, until today!! The person ringing me up was more interested in talking to a friend who walked in and interrupted our transaction, than actually helping me. She wanted boxes... I'm sure that was incredibly important compared to the fact he was in the middle of trying to finish my sale and take my money. I will continue to shop the ABC on Cleveland, in North Fort Myers. I received a call today from the District Manager apoligizing for the situation and how it was handled. And offering to replace my ruined shoes from the mishap. very pleased with Abc and how they addressed a bad situation from another manager and corrected it with the right actions. read more

My husband and I came in for a few items and we were so pleased! Every single employee on the floor offered their help and lead us to every item we were looking for. They also helped us find a beer that was most comparable to one they didn't have because it was out of season. Very knowledge and kind. read more

I went to this store with my sons and they were helping my husband and I find all the items on our list and putting them in the cart. When we got to the register the extremely rude woman working said that since she saw them "actively selecting alcohol" she would not make this sale without seeing their identifications. They were simply helping since we complied a cart worth over $400. They lost this sale and were extremely rude. Would recommend going anywhere else and supporting small business liquor stores. read more
