The second I looked them up on Angi. Someone called me and the ball was rolling instantly. I communicated with Allison and she kept me up-to-date on everything and let me know when one of the guys was coming out. A fantastic, friendly and easy person to work with. Jeremy was the first one to come, and he was very personable and seemed genuine from the second he came in. He offered us different options, gave us some opinions, but ultimately left it up to us. When we asked about the chances of it being put in before Thanksgiving, he said he felt very good about it, could not promise anything, but would do his very best. The carpet was just installed today and it looks amazing. Chris is the one who came out to make sure everything was measured the way we wanted how much carpet vs floor would show. He did the installation. Promptly here at 10:00 am. He was beyond incredible. Not only did he once more walk us through everything before he started, but he fixed a small issue we have been having with our top step where there is a decent gap between the stair and the wood, We have not been able to fix it. He said he could take a look at it for us and he fixed it. Then on his own without any asking he went and re-glued some of our spindles that were just loose. When you would walk down the stairs, they would make a little rattling sound, but he fixed that for us on his own time. I would recommend them 100%. They were spot on, great communicators, very personable and did a fantastic job.

Dan is our technician and he's super nice. The people who answer the phone have the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. In Spring of 2020 our every 2 months got out of whack because of the Covid-19 shutdown. In April we just had the outside sprayed and didn't want anyone inside the house so they did the inside portion in May. In June we were scheduled again and I had to call and explain that it was just serviced in May, blah, blah, blah. We needed service in early July and not June. They wanted to come again August 1st and I had to explain again they were here in early July and it hadn't been 8 weeks and we need it September 1st. No that's not OK you'll be violating your contract. The best I can do for you is August 31st. OK fine with me that's close enough. I can't be the only person who this has happened to because of the pandemic. Don't treat me like a leper. I am, in fact, spending money with you. Fast forward to the first week of September. We made a household decision that we didn't need our house sprayed every two months and we would be fine with every three months. We called the office and were met with more attitude. No we can't do that. So let me get this straight? I want to pay you to spray my house 4 times a year and you are going to tell me no, you can't do that because we are going from 6 times a year to 4 times a year? Yes, that's correct. Ok, we're going to have to completely cancel the service then. OK. I can't believe a company would employ people to turn away business in this manner...

He explained that he was working for himself and would love to move forward. His explanation for disappearing was 1) a diabetes diagnosis and 2) he was no longer with the company due to unethical business practices. I told Jeremy I would let him know if I wanted to do business. He continued texting me to replace my roof after I made it clear I was not interested. I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

Over the past year of working with Kayla there have been consistent changes to her prices without notification, consistent attempts to nickel and dime an extra dollar out of us. She charges for every single dish she loads to every single thing she folds. When our normal cleaning went up by $100 out of nowhere a few weeks ago we inquired to why that was and she informed us that we are now paying a $20 Venmo transaction fee in addition to all these other charges to the same stuff she's been doing for a year. She did not notify us before she raised her prices either. When my family decided to terminate services with her, she referenced a contract that says she needs 30 day notice before ending. A few weeks ago we gave her notice that her rising prices were not something we can continue to do and she said she understood and then this week informed us that she needs an additional 30 days of payment to terminate the contract. When we asked her to at least clean if we have to pay $1000 (2 cleanings) can you at least do the cleaning. She refused stating after we complained about the prices she doesn't feel comfortable working for us. So she's got VERY thin skin. Words cannot express how dishonest this person is. It's really nice that she has a spreadsheet and she itemize all the things she has done which makes her come off as incredibly professional, but what it actually has shown itself to be incredibly dishonest, deceitful, & shady practices. As a business owner myself and having a family that has multiple businesses, we are very familiar with the nuances of entrepreneurship, but we are also big believers in honesty and transparency and this person does not uphold that in anyway. Recently we have found that she has been posting photos of our home (master bath and messy kitchen) on yelp and Google without any consent or permission. Legally, this is called Unauthorized invasion of privacy. This is grossly illegal. Good thing we have a lawyer in the family and will probably be dealing with her accordingly. ***update: She continues to lie in response to my review. This person is continuously disgusting and I'm sure she's gonna just continue to get this review removed. Remember good & honest people don't go around calling themselves a "good & honest person", they just are!

For comparison, the first service they charged me $270, for other companies that I used before the cost was between $180-$220. The quality I got is very similar to what other companies provided. I gave a star for the flexibility as they were able to come within a day or two that I called. None of the ladies who came speaks English so the communications took time and also I think there might be miscommunications due to language barrier. I was explained the initial phone call of the services provided and I decided to do a regular cleaning instead of deep cleaning because I didn't need most of the services offered in the deep cleaning. They said for regular cleaning the they will dust off surface of furniture, an example I can share is that I have a cat tree in the master bedroom, they only dusted off the bottom of the tree and left the top undusted. I ended up paying $270 for the first time clean, and then I was not satisfied with some dirty spots that are pretty obviously seen on the wall, so I had to agree to pay $135 for them to come back and fix the wall, even though they said in their service agreement that the fix should be free if the customer is not satisfied with the clean. However, upon arrival, they changed the price from $135 to $180 on the spot because they say it will take at least one hour to clean the wall. At the end of the day, I paid $450 IN TOTAL for this clean. It was not even a deep clean. They didn't even clean the fridge or oven, which was fine because I didn't ask for a deep clean. The deep clean would cost a lot cheaper than $450. The deep clean had a discount of 30%, they could at least offer me a discount, but they didn't. I am disappointed that I paid $450 for a regular clean + a fix. I WILL NOT be a returning customer. They are a lot other cleaning services in the area with better price and service. I would definitely NOT recommend using Olivia's services.
