If it is within their control to get a job done, it will get done for sure. The communication throughout our entire basement finish was perfect. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and if adjustments were needed, they got done quickly and professionally just like everything else. DJ will not stand for any of his crew or subcontractors not performing as absolute professionals and that speaks to the character you'll find when hiring him. Owner repeatedly texted and demanded full payment prior to completing these items. Owner also spoke poorly of 2 local businesses in an attempt to deflect blame. Additionally, workers were not respectful of my tenants bedroom space and ruined their carpet. Overall, the bathroom looks nice, but the journey was painful.
