What's most impressive to me about Bennett's is the fact that I have never asked them to do something for me that they haven't been able to do. They clearly have a very experienced crew working for them. From the smallest to the more involved and complicated job, Bennett's does it all. We called and explained and they didn't send anyone out leaving my elderly grandparents to sit in a freezing home helpless. Called again the following morning and the receptionist had an attitude and explained they all needed a day off and they would consider sending a tech out sometime this week.
