I called him to find out if he could do it, and he told me that he doesn't make local runs. If he doesn't do local runs, then he should not say that he's a Novi/Bloomfield cab or taxi service. No emails were in my spam, so I did not miss any communication, they failed to confirm and still charged a ridiculous fee for a short distance that was never driven. Beware of this company. They will not confirm and leave you wondering, then immediately they are able to find your email to process a payment after your unconfirmed pickup time (and who knows what location). They also hung up on me when I asked what email they sent the confirmation to. Better off with any other company. Should have known better with all of the spelling/grammar errors on the website that details are not their forte.

I would be fine with him being a tiny bit late. I WOULD have given 5 stars because the drive was great. Uber cut it's throat with this BS charge. I wasn't hammered at the bar and lost track of time.
