After that, I simply received a short voicemail saying that they will follow up in 3 months, but never did. I had much better care near SoCal. Glad I took steps of my own to improve my health. I feel bad for people on Medi-Cal because Sierra Hematology is their only option.

My wife is here today on her fourth treatment in a 2 month time period and the young woman at the front counter obviously knows her by sight as we were over an hour early and checked her in without even asking her name or viewing the sign-in sheet. It should also be noted that she has been very nice EVERY time we've been in! Upon getting back for her infusion treatment, we were asked by another nurse if we still had snow at our house. A conversation that we had several weeks ago, probably 150 or more patients ago for her...I'm amazed at the recall ability of these ladies as well as the friendliness of the entire staff and don't see how you can do that unless you're very committed to the service you provide and genuinely care about the people you're serving!!!! The office also seemed very unorganized and not responsible when it came to appointments and follow-ups. Patients deserve respect, care, and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this office to others. I wait for complete three months for rescheduling my appointment but the rude staff of this office keep saying will call you back to reschedule I never receive call back from them and they take Lunch for ever whenever I called they are in lunch.
