I called Chad and he said the clutch has a warranty of only 30 days. He told me to send pictures,which I did. No return phone call,,my phone number was blocked from his phone as I tried to get an answer. Here in Ca. people don't install an expensive part like that and spend the next 30 days running it to see if it will fail. Most people here go on vacations when they can get time off from work. I would even be satisfied with being sent replacement parts to repair the clutch. My friends who also own the same model Polaris that I do (over 15) said that they have never seen anything like that before. Beware when buying anything from this shop.

I brought it in immediately so they could flush it out and ensure everything was in working order. During the process, it appears they removed the exhaust to clear the water, which understandably triggered the O2 sensor and a check engine light. However, when I asked about the light, I was told they did not know the cause. It wasn't difficult to conclude that the O2 sensor was the likely reason. Later, they contacted me and said the bike needed new spark plugs. I authorized that repair without issue. The following day, they called again and stated that my wiring harness was rusted and nonfunctional, and that it would cost $2,000 to repair. I declined. When I picked up the bike, it ran perfectly unlike they had said. Upon inspection, I found no rust or wiring harness issues, and the only ECU code was a o2 sensor that like I said earlier they said they have new clue why the engine light is on. Additionally, I noticed several screws and bolts were missing from my plastics, which had not been reinstalled properly. In short, the bike is running well despite the shop's claim that it required a costly wiring harness replacement, and it was returned to me with missing hardware.

Then, when I was ready to pull the trigger, my bank won't do used motorcycles on anything other than a personal loan, so the shop stepped in and arranged rather nice financing for me, with seemingly no effort on my part. Pick up day finally came, and everyone was lovely to work with, and quite respectful of the fact that I was taking a day off from work, and wanted to get moving. Love the bike, love the purchase. I picked out the one I wanted online and shared with them an email. This was Saturday morning. Later that same morning Brad Trusty (Awesome salesman) contacted me and shared that he had one and informed me that my financing was approved. He was the best sales person I have ever worked with. Saturday afternoon the bike was ready for pickup. I arrived at around 3:45 pm and they close at 4:00 pm on Saturday. I walked in the door and "BAM!" They had all paper work ready for me to sign, the bike was sitting out in the front and was ready to load. Before 4:15 pm all paperwork was signed, bike was loaded and I was back in the road and just couldn't wait to get it home to play in the snow. There was trouble with the air in the boots and jeans dept. I got so sick I took my break and sat in my car to get cool. When I went back in Shelia, who tells she is a manager (she is not) said she was suppose to take her lunch then and reported me to a manager, even though I had been made assistant manager in my dept. So I was fired because she was tired of me doing what I wanted.?? She comes in at 7am and saves her lunch till 2pm and off at 4. After that they had the guys in the grain dept. watching the workers in boots and jeans. Getting away from there was the best thing I could have done.
