I was excited about these reviews, I called and the derma planing facial was $99 and they had a special for a free Jelly Mask with a derma planing facial. I booked the appointment and showed up on time. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly lady at the front desk on the 2nd floor. I was given a tour of the location and then waited for the person to do my facial. They do "O" shots (orgasm shots, you'll have to look that one up yourself) laser hair, botox, and even have a machine for urine incontinence. Olga came to get me from the front for my facial. We walk down the hall and into a room. She shows me a place on a table to put my purse, told me that she would be massaging my neck and shoulder area and the table to lay on and went out for me to undress. The table she asked me to put my purse and clothing on was the *only* place in the room to put anything as they did not have another chair or anything else other than the floor. And on the small table was an aromatherapy machine, oil diffuser, whatever you would like to call them. They are typically used in spas and put out a bit of a mist that is scented typically by essential oils. If you have a nice purse, you certainly do not want to put your purse near any mists or oils that are dispensed out of these as they can damage a purse or handbag etc - so I had to set my purse and my shirt and clothing on the floor. Then I went to get on thew facial bed, and the bed swiveled and I almost fell down! I finally get in the bed and Olga comes in to do the facial. It was an "OK" facial, I still had hair on certain areas of my face, the Jelly mask was not removed entirely as I had jelly rolly polleys on my face, neck and in my hairline. There was never anything placed over my eyelids to dull the lights they use, and there was no eye cream, lip balm etc used after my facial. I mentioned a few of these things on the way out and the woman at the front stated they "Do not put eye cream on after facials, as it is a sensitive area" --- You literally inject needles into woman's who ha, but ok - lets nix the eye cream on a facial. I asked if they had another person who does facials because I figured it could have just been that esthetician, but they said Olga was the only person to do facials.
