You can smell all the fresh goodness from the parking lot. Looking at the store, with its faded paint, it might not look like much but its definitely the drop in spot. For anyone, there's everything from cakes to sweets and various savoury snackage. I was more than tempted to buy one of Jacobs' well-loaded cheese and bacon rolls. That was until I was the holy cabinet stocked with a massive rage of meat pies. I chose a pepper steak pie and relished in my choice of nosh. The meat was chunky, the gravy was thick and there wasn't an overbearing smash of pepper on my palette. Everything was just in tune and balance with each other. I now know most of the staff here now on a first name basis - and they are all lovely.
