How fortunate we are to have had the opportunity to work with Matt. I researched on Yelp and called…read morethe most highly rated plumbing/tile contractors I could find. He was the only one available. Very hard to get people right now! He puts his heart and soul into the work. He has a boatload of experience in all aspects of renovation. Our shower is going to last at least 25 years, which is such a great feeling. And it looks terrific as well. Delighted!

We had another plumber come out and tell us that due to the cast iron pipes we would need to tear up the new floors and replace all of the plumbing in the house with pvc, quoting us over $15k. Needless to say that was disastrous to hear when you just purchased your first home. I found Matt on Yelp. He came out, and just hearing about the issue we were having, explained that there was no need for something that drastic and told me the problem was much simpler to solve, at a small fraction of the cost. He also ensured that he would first run a camera down the pipes and verify that his theory was correct. He came out with his crew, inspected the lines, thoroughly jetted them out and removed decades of build up and scale and essentially gave us back a brand new set of pipes. It's worth mentioning that it began to rain heavily that day. Matt didn't ask to reschedule, which would have been justifiable as they were working solely outside. It's been 2 months since then and we haven't noticed a single issue that was previously occurring weekly. He did a fantastic job, at an extremely affordable price and gave us the piece of mind that our problem was solved for years to come. I told my wife that night that we had found our plumber for life. There just aren't many honest and skilled guys like Matt out there anymore. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Dealing with Copley General Contracting was a very positive experience, I spoke with Chad several…read moretimes during the entire process of having work done at our house, he gave a great quote on the work that needed to be done, the workers showed up on time and stayed until all of the work was done. Everyone I had contact with was very professional, kind and generous during the entire process. Chad and the workers that did the work did a great job and went above and beyond what was expected of them showing that they are all true craftsmen that pay close attention to detail and the quality of their work. We have several other projects that need to be done in the near future and look forward to using them again. If you are looking for hard working, honest, reliable and professional contracting work to be done, look no further, this is the company you want.

New floors and drywall were installed in the home after an interior flooding with a pipe break. I had selected tiles for the bathroom floor online since I was out of town during this whole debacle. The tile looked cream and should have matched the shower tile. Chad called and face-timed to show me the tile I ordered. It was gray and looked awful. He alerted me, even though it was what I selected. He sent one of his guys to a flooring store and found a tile that matched perfectly. Most contractors would have just put in the tile I chose but Chad went the extra mile and alerted me to the problem. He and his team are the contractor and company you want if you want the job done efficiently, reasonably priced, and done well.

Construction Corps has been working with us for the past year on multiple commercial construction…read moreprojects, remodeling our schools. The work has surpassed $1,000,000 thus far. They have done flooring, trimwork, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, restoration and mold remediation, drywall, painting, steel-framed modular partitions, roofing, windows, custom doors and custom reception desks. They also helped us with some HVAC troubleshooting which we needed at one point. We have been working with Jonathan and the owner/ GC, Matt, they have always been informative, helpful, transparent, met our budget demands and time constraints. In situations that need to be quickly resolved they have been there to save the day. I will give a brief example, right before Hurricane Milton & Hurricane Helene came through, we had existing water leaks in a section of one of our schools that was leaking with regular rainfall. In less than one week's time Construction Corps were able to get their roofers out there to fully replace the flat roof which was done without a hitch and saved us from any storm damage. I would highly recommend Construction Corps for any of your construction needs, this is a business who cares about their clients and their quality of work, are consistent and do what they say they're going to do which is hard to find.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to friends or family. Throughout the project, communication was a constant issue. We met with the company and spoke to the owner on more than one occasion specifically to address concerns. Despite those conversations, they continued making decisions without consulting us. While some decisions were consulted, there were many important ones such as changing the scope of the plumbing and adding a sump pump that was not agreed upon. There were also instances of incorrect work being completed. Even after the company admitted they were at fault, they refused to fully correct the issue unless we agreed to pay half the cost. Toward the end of the project, they attempted to include a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) inside an unnecessary change order which we refused to sign. They did not discuss that the NDA was in the change order and it was spotted upon review. During the final stage, they refused to complete agreed-upon work on the final punch list unless we agreed to leave a 5-star review. This resulted in one of the items on the punch list not being completed.  Overall, the project was stressful, communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and the company's business practices left us very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend them based on our experience.
