Ray is very accessible via phone and email (and if you leave a message, he calls you back within 1-2 days tops) and has answered our (numerous) questions with language that a non-accountant can understand. I was most impressed with Ray when I called him (nearly in tears) while trying to do our 2014 taxes, which were complicated because my mother-in-laws' estate was now piggy-backed on our taxes. I called Ray, nearly hysterical, and explained what was happening with the online tax program. He calmed me down, had me walk him through the screens (which he couldn't see over the phone of course), and helped me to rectify the issue. In total, we were on the phone for over 20 minutes during his most busy time period. Ray is a really nice, helpful guy who is a very talented accountant. I highly recommend his services.

I was the victim of a hit-and-run, and having never been in this situation before and being a full-time medical school student, I was quite nervous and intimidated about the process. I consulted with many attorneys in the NJ and Philadelphia area, and none compared to the level of knowledge, honesty, and professionalism that Mike Glaze and his team demonstrated during my consultation. They handled the case PERFECTLY. Theresa is a FANTASTIC paralegal and always kept me up-to-date and informed regarding the status of my case. She always responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner. My advice to any client of any case - LISTEN TO THEIR ADVICE! They are extremely trustworthy and more than capable, honest, and experienced to handle your case. Mike Glaze was able to reach a conclusion with my case I was MORE than happy with and would have never expected. I HIGHLY recommend Hoffman Dimuzio, Mike Glaze, Theresa, and their office to help support your legal matters. They are the BEST!!!
