I since requested a refund from groupon, and they advised I need to contact the company directly. I've called and texted 20+ times and tia finally got back to me about a month and a half ago, asking for my name so they can contact the groupon rep. I responded right away and she has never responded to me. I've since messaged 5 times and they are not responding. This can't be a legitimate place. And if you see their advertisement in miami they don't actually have a location there, so something is up.

She is a NP (nurse practitioner which is very common) and man is she amazing. Very knowledgeable, sweet, friendly, and likes to know the needs to her patients. She took before pictures so we can see what area we can see the difference in afterwards and went right into it. When I tell you I hate needles, I hate needles. And I'm in healthcare myself! Ashley seriously has the softest touch! I didn't feel one of the pokes and was done before I knew it! I was so happy with her I got more Botox than I went in thinking I was going to get. I ended up getting 40 units total and spending money out of pocket for the extra 20 units! We made an appointment for 2 weeks later to see how things look and for free touch ups! All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and encouraging. the FNP I spoke to via telemedicine was also a delight. They explained how they will support me through this journey, what my options are and answered all my questions. Please note it is not cheap but I am investing in my own health so I feel its worth it. The downside is they do not take insurance so in order for me to get reimbursed I had to be very specific around how my receipt needs to read. That took two tries and ideally it will work but they were still very helpful and doing it for me and I appreciate them for it. - They offered me their products like shakes, protein bars and meals, but it was not a hard pressure. That I also appreciate. I'll come back in a month and update my progress.
