Terrible customer service. Booked a holiday to Australia & Thailand with them,. To start with we received someone else's ticket information in the post.
Holiday started off fine, got to Australia. From here we were to fly to Bangkok. Our flight had been cancelled over 2 weeks prior to leaving Ireland and we had not be informed. After a 7 hour wait we managed to get a flight to Singapore and had to stay overnight and fly to Bangkok to following day, due to this our hotel was cancelled and we had to find alternative accommodation. I emailed them to make sure the rest of our trip would go smoothly and was told everything else was fine and apologies for the mistake which was fine. On our return journey after a very very long flight we arrived in London only to be told our flights back to Dublin were not confirmed and they had no room for us. Finally made it back to Ireland, tired and annoyed. Emailed Abbey Travel 3 times and have not heard a response. Very disappointed they have not replied as this just infuriates the matter further. read more
