I feel in this case I was probably a little difficult on the owners of the store because I just don't understand prices right now, but they did a beautiful job. I was very happy with the flooring. I will show some pictures of it here! All I needed was a small area done where my dogs live and they did a beautiful job. We were adding a tile backsplash to our new kitchen counters. We looked online and at other stores for tiles. We found so many options at Abby Floor and More that it was a bit overwhelming! We found so many blue options and found our favorite at Abby. Unfortunately they had to order the glass tiles. Fortunately they were delivered a month earlier than expected! The installer of our backsplash said the tiles we chose were of the highest quality and very easy to install. I will definitely return to Abby for any future flooring or tiling projects. read more

Unimaginably awful business practice. I was an independent contractor for them during a busy time of year. Javier the sales rep Told me things were going to get extremely busy so I offered to try and get my son who is also a licensed contractor to drive over from Idaho to help out. Javier said yes on the offer and so did my son. But once my son traveled all the way over costing him a lot of time and money including over a thousand dollars alone in motel fees Javier acted like the conversation of work didn't exist without apology. Not a Stand-up guy. Largely upset for having deceived my son and I both. I was getting tired of him screwing up so many Carpet Job measures and layouts anyways. read more

Abbey Floor & More did an excellent job of installing my new carpet. Their price was reasonable compared to other local competitor bids and they were willing to work with me to keep within my budget. Had a couple of minor issues initially with logistics, and I spoke to the owner Kelly who was kind, helpful and accommodating and followed through to resolve. He even did some extra work for me at no extra charge when my water heater broke and soaked some of the newly installed carpet. I would definitely recommend Abbey Floor & More to anyone wanting competitive prices and high quality installers. Best on the coast in my opinion. read more

I ordered luxury vinyl flooring and each step of the way, I was wonderfully satisfied. The installation crew lead by Ricardo arrived on time and they went to work immediately. From the knowledgeable Floor salesperson, the Fantastic installers and the Owner himself my wife and I have never been treated so well! It's been two years since we had Abbey Floor and More replace all the flooring in our house. And we are thrilled with every bit of it. To begin with, the sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making our decisions so much easier. Then the installation itself was the smoothest we've ever been through. Their installers were efficient and professional; the very best, in time, in quality workmanship, and in understanding our needs. The owner himself came to the work site several times to make sure everything was as it should be. And boy was it. Then to top things off, we recently discovered a small section of edging behind the fridge wasn't quite right. It's two years after the job, and with one phone call, their installer came back and fixed us right up. Without a doubt, the best remodel experience we've ever had. I called on Monday to get someone to come and give me an estimate for a window coverings for a few skylights. I was told that person was off that day, and they would get back to me. On Tuesday afternoon they sent a representative to give me an estimate. FOR CARPETING! The rep left and stated he would send the right person. 20 minutes later the store called and said they no longer do window coverings. They did pass along the number for another business that could help. What kind of workers who answer the phone don't know what the business does or doesn't do? And, at no time did I ask about carpet. Evidently, the people who work here and answer the phone need some training. read more

What started out to be a pleasant experience turned into a nightmare. Among my many complaints were the fact that no one in the store knows anything about the product they are selling except the very basics and that includes the owner Kelly. The owner measured my three rooms of carpet himself and the installers had to fix his mistakes in seaming in all three rooms. Then the carpet had to be returned and all in all the whole process took six months. The icing on the cake however was when the final bill came and I disagreed with the amount. The owner refused to even hear my side of the story and immediately said he was turning my account over to a collection agency. He started spouting "store policy" which no one had shown me or advised me previously. The final prices on the carpet also turned out to be about 50% higher than originally quoted. The only really good thing I have to say is that theowner should be thankful he has Javier as an employee. Although he isn't too knowledgeable he was very polite and always returned my calls promptly. The owner sometimes took two weeks to call me back. So do business with this company at your own risk. read more
