He explained everything in detail so we all understood. My daughter left his office and said she wanted to come back even though he cleared her, that's how much she loved him. You could tell he loves his profession and his patients. The office staff was very friendly and my apt was at 10 and 10:40 I was in my car on the way home. I can't express how pleased I am with this visit!

She cut me off while I was explaining why I was calling, did not ask for my name or my child's information, and quickly told me to call the main line instead. She rushed through the phone number and seemed more interested in ending the call than helping me. As a parent trying to arrange an important medical appointment, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism. This experience left a very negative impression, and because of it, I will not be returning to this office.
