Moisha is the real deal - HONEST, AFFORDABLE, and EFFICIENT! HE WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS!!!!…read more I had a great experience with Moisha!! He was incredibly HONEST and upfront about the work that needed to be done and what DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE, and his prices were very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Moisha was efficient - he wasted no time in identifying the problem and getting to work, which was a huge relief since dealing with mold can be stressful. We urgently needed Moisha to confirm if there was or wasn't mold in a unit that we were in the process of purchasing. He knew that time was of the essence and we could have been really screwed if we got stuck with something that was a complete problem. Moisha moved his appointments and got us in RIGHT AWAY! Thank you so much Moisha for making it happen for us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOISHA TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

You said you can do the repair without moving the vanity. You lied. you could not do it and did not do it. I never said not to do it and you know very well the tenant responsible for the damage was footing the bill. your work is shoddy and the photos (please see the horrible work done here) show it. your quote "You directly told us you did not want to move the vanity so we did the best we could under those terms". This is a blatant lie, you said the vanity did not need to be moved to do the job. "you also gave us the saddle to install we didn't purchase it and install it" It is definitely not the right saddle but instead of doing quality work you threw it down to be done with the job. I had to pay to have it replaced with a professional contractor. "You mentioned you wanted to give us more work which doesn't make sense if we did such Terrible work and because we were to busy due to the storm in September 2022 and we didn't get back to you on time you decide to write this false statement on yelp" I asked you to repair this shoddy job and in lieu I would give you more work but instead, you decided to throw these lies on Yelp because you are not an upstanding guy. "Once again another customer who doesn't want to spend to much money" I had no budget constraints and you know that. YOU didn't want to spend the time or money to do the job properly.

We went with New York Lead Paint Experts because of Roy. We liked his friendly and professional manner, his prompt response and his flexibility in scheduling the inspection. Roy answered our many questions about the requirements, the process, the filing of the report, etc. After the inspection was completed, we received the report and the certification without hassle, without delay, without prompting. We highly recommend this company because of its professionalism and excellent service. Roy's prices were comparable in many instances and actually lower than from others from whom we requested an estimate. Elias Place - May 2025

They harassed us for a month to get into our apartment and when the day finally came to do the repairs, no one showed up. We had to call 4 times (between 10 and 4) to get an answer. We kept being told "Stephanie" would call us back. Come to find out she wasn't in the office that day and no one else could tell us what was going on until we threatened to go down there. We gave them two days to get this done as we have an 8 month old we needed to relocate during the process along with all of his things. They hired the job out to subcontractors who were not EPA certified to remove lead. We had to ask them several times to even cover the areas they were working in. I lost an area rug because these guys had no idea what they were doing. I'm terrified they didn't properly clean nor even remove the lead. We are going to get our baby tested regularly..
