For example, while the press'd product is only $40 from the manufacturer, they mark it up to $45 here. When I brought this up, the employee called the owner, someone I've previously met at his other store who was very friendly and even offered me free products. However, instead of addressing me directly, she referred to me as "this lady." After being a loyal customer for months, that felt disrespectful. The owner claimed he couldn't sell it for $40, so I ended up with the 7ohmz 29mg product, which turned out to be a fake.
