Some of the guys…read morethat work here and many of the regulars are vets and they always bring a welcoming environment to smoke free nation. Second, the service I've experience at this store is completely beyond all expectations and i think should be the standard for any business. They give expert advice, but most importantly, honest advice. They tell you if a product is subpar. They tell you if you could save money by going with a cheaper brand, or if you should spend a little more for a far superior one. The rewards program is always totally worth it and actually lucrative for both the business and customers. The house blends are delicious and the bottles they come in are much more convenient that the dabbing style beakers most other brands come in. I can't recommend these folks enough! I directly pass 2 other vape shops in order to get to them. It's absolutely worth the trip to see them. And once you've made a purchase with them, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY! These guys have no idea I'm posting this, But I know a great business when I see one. Stop in for your vape needs and stay to make new friends. Great place!

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR VAPE BATTERIES. WARNING!…read more I purchased what I thought was a new battery, and it stopped working within a couple of weeks. Getting a replacement was difficult, and when I finally received it, it was also damaged. It is clear at this point that they were not intending to provide a functional replacement and treated me dismissively to get rid of me. When I called back to report this, expecting fair treatment, the owner, Saad, refused to honor the claim and simply dismissed me. Their customer service is unprofessional and dismissive, showing no regard for paying customers. That is simply unacceptable. I paid for a new product and was given a DAMAGED one twice. This is not how a business retains customers. Based on my experience, this company sells damaged goods deliberately, which is effectively THEFT. I will be reporting this shady business practice to the BBB, FTC, and the state attorney general. BUYERS BEWARE.

It's disappointing, and as a result, I've decided that I won't be returning to this store. This visit particularly irked me due to the inflated prices on their kratom products. They purchase in bulk and definitely receive discounts, so there's no reason to charge full price. For example, while the press'd product is only $40 from the manufacturer, they mark it up to $45 here. When I brought this up, the employee called the owner, someone I've previously met at his other store who was very friendly and even offered me free products. However, instead of addressing me directly, she referred to me as "this lady." After being a loyal customer for months, that felt disrespectful. The owner claimed he couldn't sell it for $40, so I ended up with the 7ohmz 29mg product, which turned out to be a fake. It doesn't have a QR code, and the texture is sticky and unpleasant, almost like gum. To add insult to injury, I'll be going back tomorrow to resolve this, Today was my birthday, thanks a lot. You'd think I'd get some recognition or a simple "Happy Birthday" to show that they value their customers. I'm truly frustrated that I just consumed half a tab of a subpar product.and do t know who I I won't be spending my money here anymore--clearly, they don't care about their clientele.
