So for all those people who have given this store anything less than a 5 star rating, you should probably check how you're using your mods or juices. A store can be out of stock, maybe they haven't received shipment yet... I'm sorry the ups guy is late or someone else bought the last one and you can't have yours. The cotton needs to be wicked throughly and well for you to taste the flavor, not just fill up the juice and expect to have your flavor crystals come gushing out. The ambience of the store is fine. This ain't a Michellen star restaurant with table side cape juice services. You wanna class it up, stop smoking... a little dust from the window has nothing to do with your vaping experience. Maybe they were throwing it out later, who knows... just silly, unjustified reasons and remarks from noob vapers who don't know what they're talking about. Being such a large bottle and a not a heavy smoker clearly would have degraded in color and taste. Although I was given permission to return the bottle I was met with all kinds of hostility but I stood my grown and my intent to return for a.bottle with at least a 2025 date. I was told that vape juice last 5 years which all vape users know to be untrue. I kept standing my ground stating I wanted to return and exchange. The cashier told me this was her store and im coming to her job with complaints. I advised her I have been a customers for years, she was extremely hostile and I told her she was very disrespectful and I had children older then her. She continued to argue, the manager jumped in as if I was the problem but never offered to handle the dispute. I will not be returning to this store again. Clearly customers have no true valued to this business.
