I sat in the waiting room as patient after patient was taken care of before I received my ONE PAGE letter. As I was waiting for my letter I overheard the doctor and office staff go in circles about the letter. They couldn't find a manger, they wasn't sure how much to charge, another important staff member was on his break and he "needed" to be there for the letter. The lack of communication and unprofessional am is completely unacceptable for an office that's supposed to take care of my well being. I would recommend looking for another doctor to deal with.
