Drove an hour for my child's appointment just to have to turn around. Wasted mine and my child's time and gas. Do not recommend. This was frustrating especially when the company charges their clients $145 if we don't show up but allow their "providers" to be a no show. Very upsetting. Will not be utilizing services anymore.

I had previously discussed my symptoms of ADHD and need to get medication, and she did not care for it at all. She made me feel stupid for even talking about it explaining that "everyone just wants to self diagnose with ADHD these days." She told me that medication was a very bad idea and to "find a podcast." She then prescribed me an anti depressant that I know is not right for me. Half way through the session I had no words, I just wanted it to end. After the call I broke down sobbing, I felt entirely misunderstood and invalidated. On top of it all, I am being charged for it. A very high price in fact. I have been struggling with my symptoms for years, and I have been advised by my original therapist (who I have been seeing for YEARS) to get a diagnoses and medication. I finally seek out help, and all I get is someone telling me that I'm just depressed, prescribed a medication not right for me, and told to FIND a podcast about ADHD. I tried to call to negotiate maybe getting the price dropped or taken off, but they can't do anything for me. I believe in therapy and seeking out help, but this is not the place to do it. I am lucky to be surrounded by people who understand what I am going through. I cannot imagine being someone who finally seeks help and getting completely invalidated and having to just trust and believe it. It's completely evil and just a way to capitalize on vulnerable people. There is nothing wrong with getting therapy and help, and if you don't feel like something is right, stand up for yourself.
