This is a review based on my initial meeting with Jessica the owner, to discuss some design ideas that I have. She has a new shop in Clearwater and its really nice. Bright, spacious, and comfortable. She's still adding some finishing touches but it'll be awesome I'm sure when it's all done. When I sat down with Jessica to discuss some of my ideas I felt like I had been talking to someone I've known forever. She showed me around the shop and I got to see some custom designs that she's done. She also has access to hundreds of dresses you can order. I had the most amazing experience with Jessica at All Brides 2 Be!!! I wanted a dress that appeared to be a modern version of a 1920s style wedding dress. The most difficult part about finding a dress that fit this description was that I wanted long sleeves; my wedding was on December 31, 2016 in the evening. I was planning a 1920s style Mexican wedding, where my bridal look was inspired by Frida Kahlo. Of course I couldn't find anything to fit this description in any of the bridal shops surround the bay area. I met Jessica at a bridal show the year prior and reconnected with her when I was finally ready to get a wedding dress. She was a breath of fresh air after all the frustration I had endured at the bridal shops. Immediately she understood what I wanted and she made the process as easy as it could put possibly be. Measured for a tuxedo in December. Picked up 2 days before the wedding. Jacket too small buttons would not reach, shirt too small around the chest, and the neck too small could not be closed. Brought to attention of the owner.. she didn't offer any solutions. When at the wedding, my son had the same problems with his tux. Maybe they do good with dresses, but not for men and a tux. read more

Got the opportunity to work with Jessica the owner for a bridal shoot I was doing. Her shop is great and I liked how she had private rooms with doors and assisted you with putting the dress on. Although I was trying on dresses for a photoshoot and not an event like a wedding I would definitely come to her for my future needs. She makes her own dresses as well as buys them from designers. It is not just weddings you can get a dress for a charity event, prom, or New Years party. From the wedding dresses I tried on I loved them all. The prices were fair and she was very friendly to work with. Jessica loaned out her dress for the shoot and went above and beyond and came to the shoot to help me get dressed. She made sure the dress fit me okay and helped style the dress during the shoot. She stayed the whole time. She is definitely someone who takes the time to get to know her customers and can provide recommendations based on what looks good on your body type. Jessica was amazing to work with. I instantly clicked with her when we met. She quickly picked up on my interests and helped me stay within my budget. I purchased on of the dresses she had made after trying on both catalog and handmade dresses. The dresses she makes are much more comfortable than the catalog dresses. Jessica Rios and her "team" which consists of 1 seamstress and a revolving door of interns are the most incompetent and unprofessional group I have ever come across. My wedding was in April of 2013 and Jessica was hired to take care of everything from Bridesmaids dresses and Groomsmen tuxedos to the altering of my wedding dress. EVERY SINGLE PIECE WAS A COMPLETE MESS! After selecting a bridesmaids dress and receiving just 2 weeks before the wedding, we asked Jessica to alter them as they were not to standard and not what we ordered. She assured us this could be done, after multiple fittings with my bridesmaids the dresses were "done" the DAY BEFORE the wedding only to discover that the dresses were so poorly sewn they were COMING APART and were STAINED in several areas.This was the day before my wedding and we had to go to another seamstress in the city of the wedding who was astonished by the horrible and unsightly conditions of the dresses, she even cried because she could not fix them in time for the wedding. She worked all night and there were still noticeable errors. The grooms party tuxedos were missing buttons and did not fit properly because ALL OF THEIR MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN INCORRECTLY. My wedding dress which should have been an easy fix was left too long and I ended up tripping down the aisle and feeling horrible embarrassed. The "pickups" the seamstress Calista made tore out of my dress because they were so improperly done. Jessica and Calista both complained the days leading up to my wedding that they were overbooked and overworked as if that was my problem. I paid them for a service which they miserably stumbled through. They are not a tight operation, at best a rinky dink want-to-be with no real credentials. I sent a certified letter to Jessica which she never picked up at the Post Office and was subsequently returned to me, just another example how she runs her business. Dropping off a letter to her store was no better, she sent back only a signed copy of the contract highlighting her lack of liability. So not only was the clothing in my wedding horrible and coming apart but Jessica Rios took no responsibility and would not cover the $260 it took to alter her mistakes the night before. I cant stress enough...DO NOT USE JESSICA FOR ANYTHING! She is a fraud and a phony and cant run a business to save her life! I should have known better the first time she was late for an appointment which happened more than once. I am still pursuing legal options, her lack of professionalism and what she did to my wedding and taking advantage of every single person in the wedding party by TAKING their money and then handing over awful results can not go unmarked. I pray you read this and FIND A N ACTUAL BUSINESS!! read more
