I went with a group of 6 of us in our mid-20s, but playing in the same arena with us were some younger boys. A good-sized arena, too, and you get 20 minutes to play a round. The food was pretty good, and average prices. Nice thin-crusted pizza for $13, and we also got a sampler of chips (regular, sweet potato, and wedges) for $15. That was a bit overpriced for the size, but the sweet potato fries especially were very good.

Not only can you play bowling, but sing you lungs out - with a full bar to help you out. There is also laser tag for those who are inclined for that. The staff here are extremely friendly, and willing to assist the demanding people asking for them to constantly change the volume of the music. Sure we sounded awful, but hey, this is karaoke.

The gentleman serving said "well 21 people paid and 21 people have checked out gear" so basically someone else had turned up and taken my paid for place. Luckily 1 other person in the group retired early and I was able to take over her SUP. No instructions offered, the whole process seemed really unorganised and a bit of a mess. Bundeena is so beautiful! And the SUP was fun once I finally got on the water but perhaps there is another company to hire from that wont lose your booking?

Just get up in town, get a coffee from a cafe, then head to the water where you can hire kayaks and stand up paddle boards. I prefer the kayaks as you can explore more of the park from the kayak rather than a stand up board. The price is very reasonable, its a great way to spend a nice sunny weekend.

The staff were friendly and lovely, but clearly not enough of them for this busy time (understand there are issues country wide getting staff at the moment). A 15 minute queue to get a drink at the bar, then again to order food - we were pretty hungry when it came out. Some of our food was great - the battered fish was so underdone the centre was raw. We sent it back and it was replaced - seemed it was remade as very hot when came out, but again, raw in the middle and inedible. Note: they do surcharge card payments. I didn't see any notices of this on the till when we paid and was only when I checked my statement after the fact I realised.

I booked my skydive ahead of time online, so that was simple enough. I arranged to be picked up by bus from King's Cross - this is one of my few complaints - they didn't quite explain where in King's Cross they'd be picking me up, so it was pretty tricky for a few minutes. FYI, they pick up in front of the Formula 1 Hotel, not by the train station like all of the other buses. When I arrive in Picton, the whole process of signing papers, getting dressed/trained, etc. was very quick & efficient. I was assigned Mick to be my tandem guy. He was totally awesome & funny - very necessary considering how freaked out I was! The skydive itself was the best experience EVER, and they had my video & photos ready within 20 minutes of hitting the ground! Needless to say, highly recommend... I now want to skydive everywhere I go! :-)

There are a couple of staging areas where the sheep herding and whip cracking shows are held. The reason why I am giving the farm only a 3 star is because the "meat" animals such as pigs and cattle were confined to areas only as big as their bodies, such as cattle had their necks tied tightly to a ring in their pen and they really couldn't move. And a sow was laying in an area only as big as her body touched the ground, with her suckling piglets on top of her and between her forelegs and hind legs. No other room. I wonder how many hours a day the "meat animals" are so tightly confined like this, where they cannot move. Are they released every day to a padlock where they can roam around? An employee told me that all the animals on the farm are kept as "pets" and they do not rotate them to the dinner table. But the Farm is kept clean of animals feces and smells. By the way, I asked the cashier how much a typical house that surrounds the Farm, costs. She said MILLIONS!!!! MILLIONS!!!! MILLIONS !!!! I said how many MILLIONS??? 2-3 Million? She said Yes, 2 M AUD and up.

They are still working on the roads and there are many estates being built so Sunday lunch rather than an evening meal is a pretty good option as it is easy to miss the turnoff too. Three of us had the pork belly and we were not disappointed. The barramundi was very nice too. We really didn't need the sides of vegetables and wedges as the meals had enough on the plate. Service and presentation was excellent. The restaurant was pretty quiet but it looked like the "bistro" was doing a fair trade with the golfers stopping for a drink and monster hamburger. The entertainment was the golf; golf carts playing dodgems on the fairway trying to seek out their balls; weird golf swings [shudder] and golfers being attacked by ducks when the balls landed in the pond.
