Thought I'd give him a few minutes, you know, maybe he had an emergency or something. At 9:10 am, employees arrive at another business next to Pro Mobil and ask if I have appt for detail. I said, "Yes." Oh, we'll call him then, they reply. They tell me I can leave the keys with them (at another business?) and he'll be there, " in like 10 minutes." I say I'd rather wait for him, but then am told oh, he should be there "in like 10-20 minutes." I waited until 9:20, and when he didn't show, it was obvious that time was not a priority for this business. At 9:35, Dillon called me 3 times, once leaving a voicemail saying sorry he'd missed me and did I still want to bring that car in for a detail? Uhm. No. Thanks. While I appreciate the owner had childcare issues, he never reached out to me ahead of time, and it took a while for him to even reach out via phone after the fact.
