This barbershop is beyond unprofessional. I was simply walking past when a barber literally stepped outside and started trying to hustle me into getting a "$25 haircut." First of all, if your shop is any good, you wouldn't need to beg random people on the street for business. But what really got me was what happened next--when I politely declined, instead of just moving on like a professional, he decided to insult my current haircut. That level of immaturity and desperation is honestly embarrassing. I've been here multiple times in the past, and each visit has been a disappointment. More often than not, they've completely butchered my hair--uneven fades, rushed cuts, and an overall lack of attention to detail. I gave them multiple chances, hoping they'd get it right, but I was let down every single time. Given my past experiences, I wouldn't have gone back even if they were offering free haircuts, let alone a desperate $25 deal. If a business has to resort to harassing people off the street and then throwing insults when they're turned down, that tells you everything you need to know about their quality and professionalism. First time here. I was able to make a same day appointment for 4pm with "whoever available". I was a little skeptical when I first pulled in because the location is in a gas station parking lot but know a lot of great places are "hole in the wall" locations. Seeing that this was one of three locations, I chose this location due to its proximity to my home. I must say that PC did an amazing job with my hair and beard and will definitely be back for my future hair/beard care needs! Don't let him leave! read more

Made an appointment for 12:45pm. Got there at 12:30pm and was told there is a long wait. I told the gentlemen cutting hair that I did have an appointment. He checked his phone and said "Oh Man My Bad didn't know about your appointment". Honest mistake I'm sure but still not happy as it's 20 min drive each way to the shop so that's 40 mins of my time wasted and they forgot about my appointment and took a whole bunch of walk ins before me. With the Pandemic not a whole lot of options right now so I'm sure they can get away with bad customer service right now and not feel the impact. Only question to owner is why take appointments in the first place? UPDATE: Owner reached out quickly to address my concerns. I did have a bad experience my first time there but with them actually reaching out caring about my experience it made the sting of a bad experience a little less. read more

The worst barbershop shop ever! It's not the haircut itself, its the lying and unreliability. I have had my scheduled appointments canceled on me three times by Rodger. The last appointment I made was canceled 20min before I was supposed to be there. Rodger stated that he had an emergency and he was Mexico. Since I was already on my way I stopped by to explain what had happened and see if anyone can cut my hair. To my surprise Roder was not in Mexico, he was in the shop working. They guy did not say a word to me. His co-worker had to step in and explain his lie. I was embarrassed for him. If you don't want my business, it ok. No hard feelings. I have been getting my hair cut by AB for years now, he is the most honest and respectful person I have met, I really appreciate him and his candor, I have huge trust issues on getting my hair cut, and it's only been 3 people in my life so far that I trust to cut my hair. He is one of those 3. I really appreciate him and everything he does for me. I came to California last week for work and to visit friends and he made time for me and cut me up, like always he takes his time and cuts my hair with ease and patience. So I moved out here to Fontana 2 years ago and it's been hard finding good barbers out here I moved from Long Beach and was driving back and forth because we care about how we look and a haircut gotta be right well thanks to Ab for setting up great service as soon as you walk in asked me if I wanted anything to drink drinks we're on him at his shop these guys cut hair good I can see they like what they do they care about the cut as much as the customer while I waited I watched all the barbers cut and I can say this is the new shop I will be coming to PC hooked me up and I'm picky as hell got me lined up nice and my beard just how I like it had me and my son fresh for legoland thanks Ab barber studio no more drives back to Long Beach from fontana can't believe my pickyness had driving back and forth for 2years thanks Ab and PC read more

This review is long overdue, but man where do I start, best barbershops in the IE, and now a third one. I knew this 3rd barbershop was going to be a success because if you've visited his other two you won't be disappointed. All his shops are very clean and bright. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The barbers here are talented. I have never left the barbershop with a bad experience. AB is one talented barber, his work is amazing. Only shops I'll pull up to. The energy you receive when entering is so welcoming. AB has never let me down. I'll continue to follow him as he continues to grow. Your needs will always be met. If I could Give this 0 stars I would honestly today was very disappointing I always take my 3yr old here normally they get him right but they got new people that are lazy n won't have patience with kids my sons hair looks stupid uneven and the guy told me he wouldn't give him a mid fade and line it up because my son was moving a lot not only that when I was sitting with him they didn't put a cape on me too and all the hair was falling straight on my clothes they shouldn't be calling there self a barber if they can't work with kids please bring back the guys before them because this is ridiculous they used to be so good with my son until now and to leave a little boy with the hair cut they left him is unacceptable !!!! read more

Honestly, this might be one of the best barber shops in the IE. All of the barbers are great and have the best customer service. They give you their genuine selves and make sure you leave the shop with a boost in confidence. I've always had trouble finding a barber to give me a good cut because of the shape of my head and the type of hair that I have, but I've been going with Calixto for a cool minute now and I can confidently say this is my barber. He takes his time with my hair and makes sure it's the way I want it. He looks at cutting hair, not as a job, but as an art. He's very passionate about it and it shows in his work. He's also an all around great dude. He makes sure you feel like you're royalty when you're sitting on his chair. I absolutely would recommend this shop to you. read more

Showed up for my 9am appointment and I got left waiting only to find out I got an email at 3:21 in the morning that my appointment was cancelled. Wasted my time waiting for Roger to come in. They've texted me about delays before and I never minded because I at least got a heads up, but to have me wasting my time is unacceptable. I hope Roger is in good health and there weren't dire circumstances at the root of the cancellation and I wish you and your business good luck in the future but I don't see myself returning as a customer. read more
