The whole time my back was facing the mirror. She and the younger barber working there that day were in a rush to run my credit card as I was still in the seat. I later understood why..... I went in for a color touch up and highlights, price $160.00! Let's just say I did not get what I paid for. Teresa finally turned my chair so I could see my hair. I had ORANGE hair! I immediately told her that was NOT what I came in for and explained how unhappy I was with the mess she made. She then began to give me 101 explanations of which non made sense . All she needed to do was apply the same base color or close to it and touch up the existing highlight re growth. I still paid her because I believed her when she said she would fix it. Needless to say it was a disaster and I had to go elsewhere last minute and pay another hairdresser to fix it. I was out 300.00 at the end and still not get what I went in for. Idk what kind of personal issues Teresa may be going thru but it definitely shows in her work and her appearance. This place obviously doesn't care about customer service otherwise they would have not taken my money before she fixed the mess. I DONT recommend anyone to receive services from her unless you are prepared for a bad result. So sad because I didn't only lose a hairdresser but a friend too. If a friend could do this to a "FRIEND " I sure would hate for her to be my enemy.

They gamble shooting dice in the front, and I don't want that around my son. The last straw was when they were drinking out in the open and the barber Anthony had just poured a cup of liquor. That is so unprofessional on so many levels to drink liquor while cutting hair and I was surprised because I never seen them do that before. I really needed a haircut so I let Anthony cut my hair and I noticed he was doing something different cutting my hair and instead of acknowledging my request he got real defensive and said I know what I'm doing and to relax. After leaving the shop I noticed he cut my hair shorter than usual and I'm pretty sure the alcohol had a play in it. I called him the next day and he got real defensive saying I only had one drink. I don't care if it's one drink. I rather u cut my hair sober. But instead of just apologizing and acknowledging what I was telling him he got defensive and raised the haircut price on me from $30 to $40. That doesn't sit right with me. I walk in and I have no idea who are the customers and who the barbers are. It seemed like a family gathering with their girls, kids and all. After sitting down, I witnessed other customers come in after me, next thing I know they are being seen before I am. After about two or three customers cutting in front of me I finally ask a barber what the deal is and he said that it's because I didn't sign in. After finding the piece of paper that everybody had been scribbling their name on I wrote mine down and proceeded to wait. When it came around to be my turn, two barbers decided to go on break. During this whole time loud and vulgar expressive conversations are taking place with no consideration of the children nor the customer. I ended up waiting for a solid two hours for what looked to be a five dollar hair cut. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
