My wife and I have taken our youngest son to the Foothill shop numerous times for a cut. We could not make our last appointment and I cancelled. Apparently something went wrong with the cancellation and the barber Jose took it upon himself to attack my wife via text messages rather than ask what happened. Well.... Wasn't too happy how the barber I got was telling me he only takes cash payments... I've been to the Rancho location before and have always paid with card etc. my barber was out so I decided to check this location since it's closer to my work. Went ahead booked online and did the whole ordeal. The barber was nice and cool but toward the end is what left a "bad taste" when I started walking toward the front (register) he stated he only does cash.. no where on the site did it say cash only. If I would of known that I wouldn't had booked with this specific barber. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash on me but the guy let me Zelle him in which made it awkward toward the end. First time to AB's second shop, and I already knew it was going to be stunning. Once you walk into the shop you can see the artist touch, and dedication put into the shop, just like his other shop in Rancho Cucamonga. After walking in you can see and smell the freshness of the interior, and it's a sense of pride and appreciation. I highly recommend you check out AB's new shop here in Fontana, and his first shop over in Ranch Cucamonga, they both are awesome, and have some very outgoing; social barbers, that know how to cut. AB been cutting my hair for almost 2 years now, and he is the only person i trust cutting my hair; and lining me up, and especially doing my eye brows. Noah has been our go to barber for my 12 year old nephew. Does a great job every time, he works well on his extremely coarse hair. He has a fine hair line and Noah Doesn't push the hair line back and doesn't spray on a heavy fake line up either. Perfect fade every time around his braids. Well, gotta start by saying that I was somewhat please! It wasn't the best experience...but, it wasn't the worse either. Pretty cool environment and greeted on the way in; can't complain there! Now, this is why I am giving this barber shop a 4-Star instead of a 5-Star service...the wait time was horrible. I literally waited almost 45 minutes to get my haircut. The guy (Koda, I believe) who was supposed to cut my hair got there pretty late. So, another dude had to stepped-up after that long wait. It was somewhat understandable that he took a bit longer because the guy he was trimming before me had some health problems and collapse/sort of fainted right in front of his chair. It was kind of scary at one point. The guy recovered and things went back to normal in another 5-10 minutes. Big ups and thanks to Steve for stepping up and hooking me up that day; 12/19/2020. Cool cat! My cut was almost perfect...had a minor cut/irritation on the back of my neck! No worry though...liked my fresh cut and can sport it all holidays! Can't complain much there! Price was fair compared to other more well known places like; Sports Clip and Super Cuts to name a few. If I had to go back, I would probably direct myself to a specific stylist next time...Steve, maybe! Or, any other peeps out there recommend someone there?
