The workers were careless in the way they cut the turf boarders and installed the Bend-a-board edging. The turf edges rolled up in a matter of a few days and the boards lifter out of the ground. We had them do the edges over again twice and same crappy results. Just the worst workmanship.

My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on.
