We ended up pausing the project and came back to it a few months later (with some changes). He was just as responsive, adjusted the quote without any hassle, and was able to start the very next day. The work was completed the same day, his crew were polite and professional, and everything turned out great. After the job, we noticed an irrigation line had been accidentally damaged. He came back first thing the next morning and fixed it himself, no questions asked. He even volunteered some additional advice on other drip irrigation we have. Really appreciate how easy he made the whole process from start to finish. His pricing is fair and he takes pride in his work. Would definitely recommend and hope to have Ruano's Landscaping back in future for other projects. Thank you!

We found a professional company that is doing the work at a fraction of their cost and not taking advantage of us. They retaliated by deleting the design files that we paid for. After dealing with a landscaper who stopped showing up and stopped communicating, having someone dependable who does what he says he'll do has made such a difference. We had to resurface our pool deck along with expanding the footprint, installed pavers to the courtyard and added turf to the front yard. Kevin was incredibly helpful in that I had done AI designs of what I wanted and he created the plan to make it happen. Cheers to the amazing hard workers who endured terrible hot heat but continued to work with a smile. We offered water and food as I believe in taking care of those who help you. Plus they appreciated it. Lester was the supervisor of the team and got the job done. My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on. Lastly provide easy ups for your crew as these working conditions are difficult. I love the outcome of the job and would highly recommend Pure Turf USA.

5/5 - Exceptional Work and Great Value from Pure Turf USA…read more I hired Pure Turf USA to complete my entire backyard on a new construction home that originally had nothing but dirt, and they did an outstanding job. They handled everything from my Alumawood patio cover with stuccoed posts to the pavers, artificial turf, and plant beds--and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The patio cover was completed in just two half-days, and it looks amazing. The stuccoed posts match the house perfectly and give it a high-end, built-in feel. The installation team was professional, fast, and clearly experienced. For the rest of the yard, Pure Turf USA installed the side walkway pavers, the pavers underneath the patio cover, the artificial turf, and all the rock and plant beds in about three days. The quality of the work really shows--everything is level, clean, and perfectly aligned. The turf looks incredibly realistic, and the paver layout looks like something out of a model home. Before choosing them, I got three other competing quotes, and Pure Turf USA had the most reasonable pricing without sacrificing any quality. Their communication was reliable, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and they made sure everything was done right. My backyard is now fully transformed, modern, and low-maintenance thanks to them. I highly recommend Pure Turf USA if you want great craftsmanship, great service, and great value.

Most importantly, the project was completed on budget with no surprises. The quality of the workmanship, organization, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It's rare to find a team that delivers exactly what they promise while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greenso Services LLC to anyone considering a remodel or renovation. They earned our trust, and I would gladly hire them again.
