All is really unacceptable for hotel etiquette. I spoke with the manager he seemed to be of little accommodating help acting he didnt know and the shirt just disappeared into thin air. He should have offered to have a word with his staff but just goes to show the honesty of the staff to for future refernce I would never stay again.

Initially I was concerned about the price as I struggled to find it on their website however they are super quick at responding on both email and FB so this was remedied promptly. Ladies the prices really are not extortionate in comparison to London / South of England and you get EXACTLY what you pay for so there is no concern here. I paid for a cut / colour / highlights / conditioning treatment / wash and blow dry then it was styled at the end. Consultation was fabulous, English was spoken so everything was carefully explained and understood then they show the price so you know at the beginning (This is important and many hairdressers in England should do the same)The massage chair and head massage was so so nice and of course the finished result on my hair was perfect.
