They were friendly but the owner ended up cutting too much of my hair even though I specifically asked him that I don't want too much hair cut off. He seems to have a good English but he either chose to ignore my request or he doesn't understand English well. If you have good hair, be careful, it may end up on the floor. I loved the patience and good listening from Celine. She is also skilled at making my thin hair look more full by giving a great, scissor-cut haircut. Next time, I'll have foil done along with the haircut and she is likely to be even greater! For now, I highly recommend her and she has lived in England and NYC, so speaks great English! I can't say good enough things about this salon, the owners , and all who I encountered while there. I've been traveling for three months straight and was in dire need of a cut and color and knew no one in France. I walked blindly into this salon to make an appt (my international status not having cell data on phone to call), after trying to get an appt at three others who weren't very friendly at all when I walked up. The owner listened to my needs, and concerns (I was very nervous going to someone new, as my hair is short so very little room for error) and got me in the books a few days later. I got to the appt and was colored by Stephane (who was kind, and colored me spot on to my request!) his scalp massage was also sooo good. Just about fell asleep! The owner then gave me a perfect cut--after really talking me through the whole process to where I really knew she and I were on the same page before any cut was ever taken. So grateful to have found this place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Five stars! read more

Both my wife and I were looking for a hair salon in Nice - her for color and me for a short cut. What we got was the finest professional hair technicians combined with the friendliest service I have experienced at a salon in a long time. I had just decided at the last minute to color my hair as well and was a little nervous since I was going from dark brown to platinum on my short crop. Never done such a drastic change before, but thought, what the hell, I'm in France for a month, if it doesn't go well it would grow out by the time I got home.
