Both our agent and the seller's agent highly recommended American On Site (AOS) for the work. AOS gave a fair and detailed bid in a timely manner. Despite work being backed up across the area due to weather, they were able to start the process quickly. As we discovered, putting in septic systems is a multi step process, requiring visits from the county during planning and building. Throughout the entire process, AOS kept us informed about everything that was going on, gave us accurate estimates as to the time that it would take, and worked with us to overcome a very difficult hurdle with the county when there was a discrepancy in the records in regards to the house that could have led to a dramatic increase in cost. AOS finished the work when they said they were going to, and did an absolutely beautiful job with it. Every person that we dealt with from AOS, from Chris who planned the job, to the wonderful grandpa that finished putting the yards back together with an expert touch on the excavator, to the very patient girls in the office who responded to all my numerous questions and concerns, were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. In sum, I would highly recommend AOS for any septic job.

My wife and I live out in the country a bit and called Drain-Pro to pump our septic tank and…read moreaddress a clog that our home was having. They came out at the time they were scheduled and proceeded to dig down to where the lid of our tank was. (we had never had our septic tank pumped before and weren't exactly sure where the lid was.) They found our lid on the first try and pumped our tank. It was discovered that we had the wrong lid on our tank and roots had grown under the lid and caused the clog. After discussing what the proper fix for this problem was we scheduled Drain-Pro to come back out and do the work. They arrived at the scheduled time and fixed the problem by putting a riser over the tank opening and fitting the proper lid in place. They then filled in the area with the removed soil. Our experience with Drain-Pro was Great and we are very happy with the results. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to any of our neighbors or family. Thanks Drain-Pro. You guys are the BEST! Dan C in Oregon City
