I arrived at 10:16, just one minute later, and was told the 10:30 AM client had arrived early and would be taken before me. There was no empathy, no eye contact, and no effort to make me feel welcomed or valued. When I asked, "So I'm being punished for being one minute late?" no one offered a real response. they do not even use numbing cream for the treatment. I left feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. I canceled my membership immediately and was charged a $45 cancellation fee due to a six-month minimum commitment. That might be in the policy, but considering how poorly the situation was handled, it felt very unfair. I understand the importance of punctuality, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy here was unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful and compassionate care.

We had appointments at 6:50 pm but they asked us to move it up by 20 minutes (probably so they could head home early before the lone weekend). This worked out better for our schedule anyways. We came a little early and the door was locked, so you probably have to come on time. Once you're inside, you fill out a pretty lengthy form that asks you about medical history & preferences. Then you are brought to a waiting room. They give you robes to change into and lockers to put your stuff in. Once you are ready, they have tea and water in the waiting room. They took some time to come get us for the actual facials, so plan an extra half hour for your appointment. You are then taken to a private room for the actual facial. The facial itself was amazing (thank you lizzie!). They also include a light massage which I was struggling to not fall asleep from. My skin felt great after and it felt a lot smoother.
