I had used this service last Summer to visit my daughter at camp. I rode the owner's son and the…read moreservice was reliable and fairly priced. This time the owner Pat drove us and she was reliable, but the price was outrageous. I had trust from the prior experience so I (stupidly) did not insist on the price upfront and she charged me $250 dollars to take us from Williamstown to Hinsdale and back later in the day. $250 She said something about how expensive the camp is, so I guess she assumed that I am so fabulously wealthy that money doesn't matter. $250 I paid and softly said that I assume the tip (she's the owner) is included in the price. She got angry and said she would not pick us up the next day. $250
