We wanted to be modern but we are doing a 20's 40's wedding. What better way to keep modern by Jill making a website with 20's lingo and fun old school designs on it to really catch our vibe! Mr. Nevins came highly recommended from an insurance contractor after fighting with our insurance…read morecompany for 3 months after an accidental fridge waterline break. When we met Mr. Nevins for the first time he said he would get us all our money and enough to pay his fees for our insurance claim. Unfortunately, it took him 3 months before getting us one check for 1/3 of the cost of repairs and really the payment came after I went to social media about our insurance company. He even had the nerve to have another client of his call me for advice and how to use social media to get the insurance company to react. Mr.Nevins has cost us $37,000 out of pocket after under bidding our repairs and providing this bid to the insurance company. We had provided Mr. Nevins with more than 6 contractors bid and he wrote a bid for $30,000 less than every bid we provided. Which has now left us with a major financial burden. I personally have fought time and time again, which led to the insurance company giving us another $10,000 that he again took fees for, but never did anything for! Now 16 months later we are still out of pocket $37,000 from insurance and Mr. Nevins fees! He has told us nothing more he can do except seek an appraisal or lawyer, which will cost $5,000 - 15,000 out of pocket and he would still be taking fees for this as well. He may have been good once long ago, but he ended up costing us more than we expected! Customer be aware!!

She took us from a one full, one half bath to two fulls and one half bath - remodeling two bathrooms and adding a half. Throughout the process Judy was an incredible communicator. We first met at the house where we talked through our goals, style and potential design ideas. She provided quotes and - once agreed on a scope - managed much of the process digitally, making the process very seamless for us. Judy took in our Pinterest design ideas and used them to help in her designs. When we first had concerns with code compliance, Judy took the time to visit the County, getting written assurance that the plans would pass code. I trusted Judy so much that over the three month process we relied solely on her pictures and email updates to keep apprised throughout the process. While there were some hiccups along the way - everything from a former builder using OJ boxes for ducting to surprise rot - Judy kept up the proactive communication and helped us along the way. The end result is incredible, and Judy's attention to detail shines through. Everything from perfectly aligned subway tile to little things like motion sensitive lights help to make our bathrooms a space to admire. I will definitely use Judy and team for our next remodel.

She and her team were organized, on-time and on-budget. The construction and finish work are exquisite. Her and her team's finest moment occurred at the outset, though, when a water main was discovered in a location completely different than was indicated in the blueprints. I despaired, it looked like the linchpin of the remodel was impossible, but she just said "don't worry, we'll figure this out", and called me back within an hour with the solution.
