After 1 year the bed frame I purchased became unstable. The wood holding the mattress, the whole base, is starting to fall apart, failing to support the mattress. I called to an exchange or at the least a tech to come and properly adjust. They did nothing. Please do not sho here, you're better off buying from Amazon, where atleast the material is better quality and sturdier. What a waste of money. I honestly wish I can give zero stars.
