The store manager is a poor ass excuse for a human being. I called to pay my balance in full and this guy refuses and wanted the next months payment as well 2 weeks before I even was due. Yet I was told the day before what I was suppose to pay to be caught up. So I called to pay it and he said no he wants a month in advance or he wants the product back Constantly interrupted me and when he got snappy, I got snappy and rightfully so. I don't know if this is some sleazy way to curve his monthly numbers to make them look better or what it is but it's a SCAM. He had been trying to take out TWO monthly payments all this last month before my second month was due. Sounds suuuuper sketchy. When I gave my father the money to go down and make the payment while I was at work, he treated my father with cancer with complete disrespect. Saying he refused to take that money unless there was a month upfront and cursed at my father and saying "He can do whatever he wants" Saying I hadn't paid since November or been talked to since November. One: I paid December's payment over the phone so how is that even possible? Two: They've been calling the wrong number this whole time. The lady at the desk which I believe her name was Christina, claimed he had no access to my account although already called her 10 minutes prior to all of this that I was allowing him access. All of a sudden he doesn't have access just cause you want a month up front? The lady had jumped in this conversation when she had no right to. The store manager had to tell her to stay out of it. Went ahead and paid all to get caught up just because I only owe a few months left. I would give this place ZERO stars but the gentleman the day before was helpful and kind. Maybe he should get promoted.. There is a reason for the neosho rent a center that shutdown, it was cause scumbags like this guy running the place. This place needs HEAVILY investigated since this Store Manager is in charge. read more
