Supposedly it worked by cell signals and would give me both Internet and a home phone. The device they gave me would not work at my house or at their store. I spent hours with the store manager, a nice guy named Tony, who tried to get the device working to no avail. I kept it over the weekend and returned it 3 days later. I was unable to get a single web page or make a single phone call using this device. I returned it to Tony, who assured me the service would be cancelled and I would owe nothing, since the service I'd signed up for had a 14 day cancellation clause. In Sept I got a bill from AT&T for $158.13. I took it into Tony at the Monett AT&T store and he assured me it was an error. It is now Oct. 6, and I just got another bill from AT&T for $158.13, with the notice that my service will be disconnected if I do not pay. HELLO! I've never had the service because the &%$@ device would never work. Sheesh!
