had great service with the ladies at Russell cellular. Verizon's customer service was no help at all. The ladies there truly know what customer service is. read more

TERRIBLE service. Waited two hours and was never acknowledged. Waste of time. Drive to Springfield and save your sanity.

This store has the worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Sold us a product they knew wouldn't do what we needed. We returned said product to be charged a $35 restocking fee. Nice. I at least spoke my mind. The young lady took no responsibility... of course. My husband and I just got married so we joined our accounts in the hope to save some money, I logged onto our account and doubt this will happen. I spent 2 and a half hours on chat with an actual Verizon customer service rep today trying to undo what this store has done. They are completely incapable of providing good customer service because they lack training and experience. read more

I bought an Internet wireless phone, and wireless Internet device from the AT&T store in Monett in…read morelate Aug. Supposedly it worked by cell signals and would give me both Internet and a home phone. The device they gave me would not work at my house or at their store. I spent hours with the store manager, a nice guy named Tony, who tried to get the device working to no avail. I kept it over the weekend and returned it 3 days later. I was unable to get a single web page or make a single phone call using this device. I returned it to Tony, who assured me the service would be cancelled and I would owe nothing, since the service I'd signed up for had a 14 day cancellation clause. In Sept I got a bill from AT&T for $158.13. I took it into Tony at the Monett AT&T store and he assured me it was an error. It is now Oct. 6, and I just got another bill from AT&T for $158.13, with the notice that my service will be disconnected if I do not pay. HELLO! I've never had the service because the &%$@ device would never work. Sheesh!

I also paid for the warranty an extra $15 & I was told that I had to wait 60 days before I could use the warranty, I guess i'm supposed to just walk around with holes in my insoles because their shoes are crappy. It was suggested that it's because of the way I walk that they wore down well a fifty dollar pair of shoes from Sports Academy last over a year no matter how I walk so that is just absurd. I guess because I had a warranty that no refund or exchange was offered absolute nonsense. Since I paid for the warranty, I will be getting my other pair of shoes after the sixty days because I am entitled to them.It is the principle of the matter. But after that, I will not be getting any more shoes from this place, and I would suggest you don't either if you want a good pair of shoes that actually last. I highly recommend Sports Academy. Ten Stars Down thumbs down for the insinuation that it was my fault, that the shoes wore down, and the lack of accountability for the shoes you sell Shoe Sensations Monette MO
