The lumber we went after was 1 1/2 hours wait time only to be told we needed to go somewhere else…read moreto get it because they brought in the wrong length and the guy said he wasn't going after anymore out back. I asked for the manager and when she came I explained to her what happened and that we were told to go elsewhere. She asked me who was helping us and I pointed him out. She never said I'm sorry or anything. She just stood there until we left. Menards got my order and will from now on ! Thanks

I am a regular at the Morehead Lowe's and certainly on many fronts it's your typical big box store…read more However, I think the truly positive thing that sets it apart is it's people. I have always found them to be especially helpful and for the most part, quite knowledgable. This is especially true in the tool and hardware departments. On several occasions I've had Lowe's associates steer me away from a seemingly logical, but more expensive, purchase to one that was better suited to my needs. I sincerely apprecIate their expertise and their honest helpfullness, and I return all the more often because of it. Morehead Lowe's is highly recommended.
